This beautiful condo just completed a remodel and update for both bathrooms.
A beach inspired decor makes you feel as if you have escaped your daily grind and are truly on vacation. This is an open floor plan with 9 foot ceilings and an 8x8 foot sliding glass door which allows for beautiful unobstructed Gulf Views! This property is also pet friendly so you can bring your entire family!

This floor plan sleeps six comfortably.

Great view and location!

We had a great time at Beach Retreat 205. Wonderful unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico from our balcony, and perfect location, close to restaurants, shopping, etc. We’ll definitely be back!

Exactly as advertised!

Owners are Top Tier! Had an issue with the living room TV(we were embarrassed to even ask) and they were right over to show us what to do. Great communication, we were given all the check in info in plenty of time. Location was fantastic! You have some freedom with the A/C which with beach condos is rare. Can’t wait to stay here again soon.

Beautiful unit

It’s a wonderful unit the only problem I had was not being able to control the heating and air. We were very warm at night, but in fairness I think all rental hvac units are now preset by the homeowners. Which I think is very unfair for the amount of money were spending.

Enjoyed our stay

Had a few issues upon arriving at the property but was easily able to get Becki on the phone. She immediately sent someone over to address my concerns. The unit was great, just perfect for our needs. We’ve stayed in this complex before (different units), and love the area. The walk to the beach is fast and easy. Love the beach service. I would definitely stay here again

Drinking coffee on the balcony

We chose this location because it was pet friendly and we could sit on the balcony and look at the beach and hear the waves. That’s exactly what we did every day (other stuff too!), and thereby had the relaxing 10 days were hoping for. The apartment was neat, clean, efficient, just right for us and Max.

Great getaway spot on Destin beaches

My wife and I needed a place to get away that was pet friendly. Our dogs are small and well behaved and this was a perfect. The location is right in a vacation district of Destin beaches, so there are a lot of vacationers as oppose to locals. There are several restaurants within walking distance and many others within a short drive. Local grocery is close by and we cooked every meal and just enjoyed the space and the private beach area and chairs with umbrella that come with the rental. While you do have an uninterrupted view of the beach and you can hear the ocean from the living room with the sliding door open, the beach is actually across the street. This is not a big deal and it's a simple walk through a private gate directly across the street. There are rules everywhere here and basically anything you do against the rules will cost you $100. If you had a place this nice you would probably have a lot of rules too, so that's no big deal you just have to be familiar with what you can do and what you cannot. Overall it was a very nice place and we would definitely return again without hesitation.

Loved everything!

We loved everything about this condo! The view was so beautiful and relaxing. If we were not at the beach we were on the balcony! It was so nice having beach chairs ready for us. The pool was large and well maintained. There is a work out room but we were on vacation so really only peaked in at it. The condo itself is quite large-- we had plenty of room and we loved the fact that the bunk room had a door and privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed but I must say we did prefer to eat out. My husband and I have never stayed and such a clean vacation property! Kudos to the management company. We can not wait to return!

I didn't want to leave

Loved everything about this condo! The view was fantastic and the condo was as pictured if not better. This was probably the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in (and believe me I am particular!) There was everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. I loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings. The pool was also very nice and it was big not like some that are small. We walked every morning on the boardwalk where we could enjoy the view while walking. We will be back Carla and Joe
