Thank you for your kind words. And thank you for saying things that people don’t think about like the cold fridge and sitting outside. I’m still throwing around the idea of getting a couple of burn pits over there. My husband is just a little nervous about it. Y’all were great guests as well.

Thank you for your kind words about the Duplex. We try very hard to make our guest feel at home and comfortable. I’m not sure what you mean by following something to a T but the pictures I got from the girls before I got there were definitely not following something to a T. There was gum on the nightstand, with Kleenex and a trashcan right beside it, trash was left in the house and the towels were not put in the bathtub, we ask only a few things for checking out to make our guest feel like they’re not worn out when they leave. And we hear all the time how easy check out is. All you have to do is take out the trash, place your wet towels in the bathtub and unplug the coffee pot. You did not do any of these three things. The coffee was burnt when the girls got there and made the house smell terrible. we were also items left in the refrigerator. I think maybe a hotel is better for you in the future.

Thank you for your kind words! We try our best to make our guest feel at home and relaxed. Thank you for saying check out was easy. I never liked spending the whole morning washing dishes, linens etc.. It would kind of take away the relaxed feeling you had.

We actually are trying to come up with a cover up idea for in the morning. Really cool to have otherwise 👍🏻. It’s a fun and convenient place for sure
