A wood-burning fireplace and matching sofas welcome toasty group gatherings in the family room, while checkerboard flooring, a second fireplace, and a smart TV set the stage for home movie nights in the living area. The checkerboard tile flooring extends into the kitchen, which also boasts a deluxe suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances equipped for home cooking. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the modern must-have amenities.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).
The pool is available on a seasonal basis June-September.
Parties and events are not allowed.

1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 50 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
