The perfect place for families with kids or couples, we welcome you to our home perfectly located within 20 minutes of Cleveland Clinic Main Campus and Case Western Reserve University.



5 Beds and 2.5 baths, two living spaces, a large outdoor deck, gas grill, big backyard, vegetable garden, and basketball hoop in the driveway you can get outside and enjoy the outdoor space when you are visiting! And don't forget the fish tank!



Pet friendly, so the whole family can come!



The Space:

At 3,200 square feet there is plenty of space for your family to spend out a bit. We feature two king beds, a queen, full and twin. The master suite features a spacious full bath with both a tub for relaxing soak and a nice stand up shower. A nice little escape at the end of long day =)



Two living rooms feature big screen smart TVs with live cable TV and apps so you can stream. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need during your stay to cook tasty meals at your temporary home!



Want to spend some time outside!? This is the place for you! The backyard is massive so the kids can run and has a jungle gym. Pick a few peppers from our vegetable garden. Enjoy a cocktail and bit to eat on the back porch. And shoot a few hoops in the driveway. Whatever it is you want to do, you can do it here.



Guest Access:

The entire house and backyard is yours and yours alone! The driveway has parking for plenty of cars, but we ask you to keep it down to 5 or less. If you have more please let us know.



The Neighborhood:

In the quiet city of Pepper Pike and located near Beachwood Mall and I-271 and yet only 20 minutes to University Circle. You are in a great location away from the city but close enough you can get to downtown in less than 30 minutes.



Getting Around:

Car is encouraged. Very little public transport close by.



Other Things to Note:

**Early Check in & Late Check out: Given the house is so large and takes a while to get prepared, if there is a guest staying the night before we are unlikely to be able to accommodate early check ins. Late checkouts are also not possible at this time. You are welcome to drop off or leave your bags if you need to.



**One bedroom is located on the ground floor. The other four are on the 2nd floor.



Pet Friendly: Max 2 pets, cats or dogs welcome.

$150 flat fee per pet.
