Welcome to our wonderful home at Bear Lake, Utah! This beautiful 7-bedroom, 5-bathroom home is the perfect getaway for families or groups of friends looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy some peace and quiet in a stunning natural setting. The house is located just a short drive from the shores of Bear Lake, one of Utah's most beautiful and pristine lakes, with crystal-clear waters that are perfect for swimming, boating, and fishing. There are also plenty of hiking and biking trails in the area, as well as opportunities for horseback riding, golfing, skiing, and snowmobiling in the winter.
Inside, the house is kozy and comfortable, with plenty of space for up to 28 guests. The main living area features an open-plan layout, with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living room with a kozy fireplace and a large 55-in flat-screen TV. Six bedrooms have king-size comfortable beds (the master has a split king adjustable bed), 55-in TVs, and plenty of closet space for your belongings. The bunk room has 4 triple bunks (12 twin beds) and a TV. Both the upstairs and downstairs living rooms have comfortable reclining leather couches with flat-screen TVs. Four extra twin-size mattresses are available for use as well.
Outside, the house has a large deck with stunning views beautiful Bear Lake, the surrounding mountains, as well as a grill and plenty of outdoor seating for outside dining and entertaining. There is a front grassy area and lawn games (stored in the garage) available for use as well as a fire pit that can be placed away from the house.
Other amenities include high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, heating, and two sets of washers and dryers for your convenience. There is a Ring doorbell and Smart Lock on the front door as well as a camera on the garage door opener. We appreciate you treating our home like your own but in case something does happen your booking includes a protection policy.

We had a wonderful stay at Kozy Retreat. The house beautifully accommodated all 26 of us from 7 years of age to 77. The beds were great and all the amenities from hand soap at each sink, lots of kitchen spices, lots of towels, etc, The couch which had Lazyboys at each end, the grandparents really appreciated. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable stay!!

Family Reunion

This cabin is beautiful & has a beautiful view of the Lake from the patio. The grass was a good size for volleyball and corn hole. The cooling system was easy to adjust. The room with all the bunk beds was very fitting for all our boys around the same age. The laundry machines were easy to use & the kitchen provided all the dishes we needed. Having a TV in all the rooms was convenient for cousins to watch together. The cabin provided a space for us to enjoy activities together & games.

50th wedding anniversary

we were so glad that the property matched the pictures online. we have never stayed in a rental that was so well stocked with appliances and everyday staples as this rental. the coffee bar was enjoyed! the location was convenient to downtown and both main beaches. plenty of outdoor toys available. everything was so clean and we appreciated the two fridges. not a lot to do when checking out and we liked that a lot because of the 10:00 check-out. this property fit all our needs and was wonderful for our special celebration.

Great place with great views!

We had our family stay for 4 nights in July. The place is great with tons of room. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was awesome! We would definitely stay again! The host was easy to work with and even checked up on us after a power outage.

What a great place for a family reunion!

We felt so at home at the Kozy Retreat. It was well-stocked and comfortable. The home was very clean and tidy. The kids enjoyed lawn games and the fire pit for Smores. Such a great view of the lake and the decks were nice and shady in the afternoon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had an amazing stay at the Kozy Retreat

We had a fantastic family reunion in Bear Lake and loved our stay at the Kozy Retreat! Everything about the cabin was as it was stated in the summary or even better! The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to feed a large group, the deck was delightful with a gorgeous view, the location was perfect for our activities, and the large grassy area was great for games and outdoor play. The hosts were very easy to work with and answered all of our before arrival questions in a timely manner. We LOVED it and would return again in a heartbeat!

Such a great house!

We booked the Kozy Retreat for a large group of friends (along with their various kids). We ended up with a total of 23 people, but we could have fit more because of the awesome size of the house. The bunk room in particular was great, since we had a whole lot of girls that almost filled it. The kitchen is one of the best-stocked I've ever seen in a VRBO house. Plenty of dishes, utensils, and enough pots and pans for the cooking we did. There was also a bunch of hot chocolate and apple cider packets, which was a nice surprise for our non-coffee-drinker group. The deck area was a favorite of ours, with beautiful lake views, deck chairs and picnic tables. The communication with the owners was great. We didn't have any issues during our stay, so I don't know how they respond to problems. For me, anticipating and preventing problems is way better than when they have to resolve issues.

Beautiful Home Perfect location

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful house near Bear Lake! The king-size beds for all the adults were incredibly comfortable. The cousins loved the bunk-room with the super-soft minky blankets. The owner was profession & friendly and even let us borrow their kayaks, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The kids loved playing volleyball, spike-ball and other lawn games. The adults loved catching up with each other on the porch while enjoying the absolutely stunning view of the lake. Additionally, the fully stocked kitchen made meal preparation a breeze. It rained one of the days and having a closet full of games and puzzles made that day probably my favorite. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot! Highly recommended!

Overlook to Bear Lake

The property not being on Bear Lake was actually an advantage. You are away from all of the traffic all of the people and you had a great view of the whole valley and the lake.

Perfect for a family reunion

We stayed for 3 nights and this place is close to everything. Close to the marina, food, and strawberry shakes. The yard had brand new grass so that was the only downside as the kids couldn’t play on it. Everything was new and working inside and the owner was very responsive. Had a great time!
