- This Gulf-front home sits along Money Beach, where a natural inlet meets the shoreline. Because of this, direct beach access from the property is not available. Guests can easily reach the nearest public beach access with a quick drive, making it simple to enjoy the sugar-white sand and Gulf waters.
- Accommodates up to 24 guests.
- Your reservation includes $400 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets.
- Indulge in a heated pool! Contact us to upgrade to a heated pool. Please note, pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature.

However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location.
