There are 4 spacious bedrooms within the home with each offering comfortable beds topped in quality linen along with plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. Each room has enough space to unpack and feel privacy during your stay.

If you’re planning a sit-down meal, perhaps to mark a special occasion, then the large and stylish dining table with extra chairs provides an attractive space in which you can all sit down together. It’s a space that can double as a handy work table too once the plates have been cleared away. Or it can be the location for board or card games in the evenings if that’s your thing.

Guests also have access to the full laundry with a washer and dryer set so you can pack light and wash on the go.

★ OUTDOOR AREA ★
The waterfront villa is located on the canal with ocean access. Feel free to rent a boat, kayak, or jet skis. The deck also allows you to enjoy finishing if you bring your equipment with you.

We made sure to make an outdoor space and swimming pool as enjoyable as we could, but we set up a screened patio to avoid any insects or other animals’ disturbance. The backyard has beautiful night lights which creates a truly romantic atmosphere. One of the dining tables is located inside the screened area by the pool, 2nd table is located by the water and BBQ station. There are plenty of places to sit in the sun or shade and dry off after your dip, plus an outdoor sofa where you can enjoy some food and drinks as well.

★ PARKING ★
You won’t need to carry or wheel any of your bags or belongings far when you stay here. That’s because there’s space for 4 small to mid-size vehicles right at the front of the house reserved for your use. Please note the street parking is prohibited.

★ WORKSPACE ★
With a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet, the house is ideal for anyone with work to do. You can find a quiet and comfortable space to get your laptop out and can easily keep in touch with colleagues, clients, and customers, wherever they are in the world.

Guest Access:
★ HEATED SWIMMING POOL ★
Our pool is private and you get full access to it. We also offer the heated option for an additional fee. Regular pool water temperature is usually comfortable all year long, anyway if you prefer it warmer or traveling with kids, we recommend requesting it in advance. We believe that extra pool heating is not needed from May until September since the water gets very warm from the sun.
During winter months it can take up to 48 hours to get to the desired temperature (86 Fahrenheit max). Please be advised that it might take longer if the air temperature is lower than 65. For last-minute bookings, it will be turned on as soon as possible.
We charge 50$/night for the whole stay to cover extra electricity expenses.
We do not add it to the rental price, because not all people want to use it, and we are trying to keep our properties affordable for everyone.

★ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT ★

Check-in is after 4:00 pm and Check-out is 10:00 am. You will be provided with an access code that activates at your arrival. Early Check-In or Late Check-out are subject to availability and need to be requested in advance. We charge a flat fee of $50 per hour, if you need to get more than 2 hours, reach out for a custom quote.
Baggage drop-off is available by request and depends on availability.

Guests have private access to the entire home, landscaped yard, and deck as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking for 4 CARS - NO STREET PARKING AT ANY TIME, complimentary coffee, and access to a washing machine and dryer.

Pool Service is scheduled twice a week, usually on Monday and Friday evening. It might change due to weather conditions.
Lawn Service is done every 2 weeks.
Please let us know if you need specific dates when services will be done during your stay.
