Our peaceful home is located along a pine forest on a 1-acre lot. You can hear the sound of waves and seals barking while looking for whales from our porch or balcony. The spacious 2,100 sq. ft. floor plan has an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen on the first floor and a family room on the second floor. Our house is a perfect place to come relax and meditate to unwind from daily grind. House can comfortably sleep 6 people and 2 more on a aerobed or floor mattress. High speed wifi with a standing desk and external monitor are perfect for remote workers. We're only a 1-minute drive to Anchor Bay Village (convenience store and restaurants) and a 6 minute drive to downtown Gualala (grocery stores, shops and restaurants). We offer 10% off for 6 night stays and 15% discount for 27 night stays.

Note: While we have our friends and family frequently visit us with their young kids, we do recognize our home might not be ideal for kids younger than age of 10 since we have a second floor balcony and bilevel floor plan with hardwood floors
