It is in a small and quiet but centrally located neighborhood that is near downtown Haymount area (6 mins), main shopping areas such as Cross Creek mall (4 mins), Cape Fear Valley Hospital (8 mins), and to the main gate of Fort Bragg (8 mins).

This home offers four beautiful bedrooms, a spacious and comfortable living room with a 75” TV, a game table room/office, a kid’s room, and an open kitchen with an attached dining area. Go outside to enjoy the gated backyard, in ground pool, a covered back porch sitting area with a dining table. All basic necessities are provided such as linens, basic kitchenware, and toiletries.

Guests have access to the whole property. No parts of the property are shared with anyone during guest stays.

It is a very safe and quiet neighborhood so please be respectful of neighbors. QUIET HOURS START AT 9 PM. NO PARTIES. NO EVENTS.

There is a large driveway that can accommodate up to five vehicles please do not park on the road as much as possible. Please be respectful of our neighbors and never park in front of their driveways. Please try to park majority of the cars in the driveway rather than on the road out of respect for the neighbors. FIVE CAR limit!

Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, a pool waiver, and the house rules before their stay.
