Fully renovated house on over an acre nestled among towering oak trees. Walk into a large open space full of natural light, wood burning stove and kitchen/dinning/living area built for entertainment. The large yard is fully fenced so kids can run around and play safely. The backyard features large covered deck with dining table for 12, outside kitchen with sink, grill and small fridge, and lounge area with built in Bluetooth speakers and a smart TV. There is a separate kids playhouse with toys and a TV, heated and cooled. The backyard is fully shaded with lots of trees, making the space enjoyable even on hot Texas summer days. Enjoy open air enclosed bar area with seating and another lounge area. For the cooler Texas evenings gather around the firepit to warm up and make some s'mores and memories. Neighborhood park and lake access are short walk from the house. The marina and boat ramp are 5 minute drive.

We hosted Christmas at this home with our 5 adult children and their significant others as well as one grand baby. The kitchen/dining area were great! We also greatly enjoyed the backyard! We sat by fire every evening. Our only complaint would be the hot water in the showers. We had to take very quick showers. It was a short walk to the lake which we did everyday. The road is not busy and great for walking. We hope to reserve again!

Great space and Great place

We were there with several friends and had tons of room to have either alone time or fun together time! Great outdoor amenities and we all said it’s a great place to gather! The kitchen and dining area/open living area were great for hanging out and eating and spending time together.

Girls Weekend

Our group has been traveling to different areas for the last 16 years. This house was lovely and met our needs. It’s in a quiet area. The house had lots of rooms and beds. Great kitchen with lots of seating. We would definitely consider another stay.

Golfing Outing

We played golf at a couple courses in the area and enjoyed them. Place was pleasant and spacious for us to hang out and tell our golf stories of present and past. One of us complained about the uncomfortableness of the bigger bed off of the kitchen. Other than that we had no complaints.

Big great house!

This is a great renovated house with a large yard. We celebrated a birthday with a group of 13 people. The house has everything you need for a banquet: dishes, glasses, kitchen utensils, etc. There is plenty of entertainment for children so they never get bored. There is a lake with a park within a 15-minute walk. We swam and jumped on the waves. The owner is very polite and hospitable. Definitely recommend this spacious and comfortable home.

Awesome Stay

Pictures don't do this house justice. Great house & plenty of space a several families. The location is close to the lake, but not enough for the early morning boat motor noises. We were able to walk to the lake down the road. Living space is great with foosball table and enough tvs to watch the game from almost anywhere. Already talking about coming back in the summer. Beds were confortable, great kitchen which basically had everything we needed, and very nice bathrooms. Hosts were very nice, caring and easy to comunicate with. Check in and out was easy. All in all we had a great getaway!

Stay

Property lawn was grown up. When we arrived inside there were a lot of dead bugs, spiders, and wasp all over the floor. The inside layout was good , lots of amenities. The internet wasn’t working, so no tv’s. Lots of cobwebs on outside patio, and furniture. Talked with owner about issues, he stated the internet provider was down , and apologized for the other issues. The owner was nice and easy to deal with , and offered a small discount for the inconvenience.

Great Time

What can I say about this home SPACIOUS! My group of 12 adults and 3 dogs fit perfect everywhere! From rooms, to kitchen, to all corners of the backyard. There was room for EVERYTHING. My family enjoyed the fire pit, outdoor bar for music, and then gathered around the massive outdoor table to enjoy our grilled meals. We even walked to the lake. If I was to say anything to help this homeowner I would say board games, or yard games. Even though we brought our own I did not find any in the home (I also could've missed). Other than that, I would return to this home anytime. Elvir communicated with all the questions I had. Perfect stay!!!

Thanksgiving at the Paloma

SO the house was big and everything was just as described. We were having a Thanksgiving gathering there and it was prefect for our need. I only have a few things to discuss. I know that spiders and bugs are going to be at a lake house but finding several brown recluse spiders isn't cool. Having a regular spraying would help tremendously. So that when you arrive you don't have to kill spiders for the first 20 minutes. Now the showers and toilets some worked ok and others not sop much at all. The master shower filled up within 2 minutes of turning the water on. Then took 37 minutes to drain, I timed it. The toilets would flush but with lots of gurgling and popping and a couple flushes. This was in both back bathrooms. The up front bathroom no issues. The master bath also would not keep hot water. Even though it was tank less and turned up all the way. Also the house is very very dusty and needs a very good deep cleaning. Thank you for letting us stay there we had a blast. The backyard area is amazing!! Way kid friendly and a short walk to the lake.

My wife and I purchased this property and fully remodeled it thinking about what our family and friends look for in a vacation place. We built open kitchen space with lots of natural lighting to hang out and cook together. We added a big covered patio with grill and sink, lounge area, table for 12, smart TV and Bluetooth speakers. We also built open air bar area with custom bar, seating area and Bluetooth speakers. There is also a firepit with seating for 8.
