Living Room: Your cozy living room is well equipped with a comfortable Queen Size Sofa Bed, an armchair, a furniture type library with Sony 32” Flat Screen TV, DVD and some BOOKS (you can also leave yours for other guests). From your dining table for 5 guests, you have a great perspective of this room and the terrace can be seen through the glass doors. Air conditioning cold/ hot allows you get a great temperature at home.


The Bedroom: Enjoy your large and bright King Size Bed in an adaptating atmosphere with an air conditioning cold/hot. A large closet has the space to organize all types your property. There is also an office area to work; a reading chair and a lamp just in case you want to read quietly without disturbing your partner.

The bathroom: The bathroom is modern and has a shower, a sink, a bidet and a toilet and a hairdryer.

Between the bedroom and the bathroom are located the washer, a smoothing-iron, and ironing board and an additional small closet.

The kitchen: If you like cooking even if you have traveling this kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities you might need during your stay: 5 hotplates, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator. It also has varied kind of dishes, silverware, pots, pan etc… why don´t you try a tortilla or any other spanish/catalan recipes?

The penthouse is well communicated with public transportation like subway ( L5 and L2) and buses.
