Casa de Arroyo sits back in the Comanche Crossing Subdivision with a large lot and beautiful trees. This home is spacious with five bedrooms and four bathrooms sleeping 15. With just a short walk or drive you can be at river in a matter of a minute. There is private parking on the river to give you the comfort of hauling your coolers and chairs. This home has a large yard with an outdoor fireplace perfect for cooking your smores.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at both houses here for 5 years now for an annual dove hunt. House offers multiple beds for more people to be able to sleep comfortably. Plenty of bathrooms, parking, and space to roam around. Scenery is great, and house is private which is nice. Private parking at the river is always a plus when visiting the frio. Definitely recommend Deer Creek or Casa De Arroyo for your stay. We have 18 people come on the hunt every year, and this is the perfect setup!

The only reason I gave the furniture a 4 is because the couches were very worn...the foam was falling out of the bottom. Everything else was amazing.

Best house near the river

We had a fantastic time at the river! This house is perfect for family vacations plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all. Lots of deer and jack rabbits roaming the property. The private river access was perfect for our little to enjoys the water. Beautiful home and great speedy service when we had questions. Would love to stay in this house again for our next Concan vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous time! We had a small family reunion - ages 1-74. The house was fabulous! (We’ve stayed there many times before!). Love being nestled underneath the trees and beside the dry creek. Saw many deer and a bunch of jack rabbits that are bigger than my grandbaby! Ha. The house could use a dishwasher; and another King size bed. All else was great!

Awesome property! Love that every bedroom has it's own bathroom! Suggestion would be to please make sure everybody knows you need to bring your own bedding and towels. Thank you
