The entire townhome located on the grounds of The El Conquistador Golf Resort will be yours. In total, there are 2 bedrooms , a Den and 2 full bathrooms.

Primary bedroom accommodations feature an EnSuite, King bed, 55 in smart TV and walk in closet.

Guest bedroom accommodations feature a Queen bed, 55 in smart TV and closet.

Throughout the home enjoy 4 Smart TV's including a 55in TV in the living room. The space is wide open with plenty of seating to accommodate 6 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils, cookware, spices, oil, coffee, cream, sugar, syrups for coffee and teas.

Booking Requirements (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)

1) No Parties. No questions asked!

2) No Events of large gatherings of any kind

3) Home is equipped for 4 people at the very maximum. No unapproved/unchecked guests may stay over night.

4) Must be 25 or older to book the property.

5) No smoking

6) No pets

7) 4 cars maximum for parking - 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway- NO Street Parking is permitted per the HOA

8) 30 nights minimum stay required.
