Welcome to our charming and historic duplex in the heart of Ybor City. It sits 2 blocks from the famous 7th Ave. This beautifully renovated and centrally located property offers all the comforts of home and is perfect for families or groups of friends.

Bedroom 1 features 2 twin beds, while bedroom 2 has a cozy queen bed. Bedroom 3, also known as the Great Room, boasts 3 twin beds, including a self-inflating air mattress with a built-in frame for added comfort. In addition to the bedrooms, there are two living rooms, each with its own unique style and amenities. Living room 1 includes a full-size self-inflating air mattress with a built-in frame, while living room 2 offers a comfortable queen-size pull-out bed.
There are two kitchens, each with dining for 4 and a designated coffee station, perfect for preparing meals and enjoying coffee or tea in the morning. Each of the two bathrooms features basic toiletry amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, individually wrapped toothbrush and toothpaste, vanity kit, and teeth plackers.
Outside, there are two screened porches, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and taking in the sights and sounds of the neighborhood. The back yard features two decks, each with its own dining and entertainment options. Deck 1 includes dining for 4, lounge seating for 4, and a Giant Yard Jenga game for some friendly competition. Deck 2 offers dining for 8 and a Giant Lawn Jenga game for even more fun. The lawn area features a green wall and a neon light sign that says "Good Vibes", as well as a yard pong game for even more entertainment.

Both sides of the duplex are accessible with smart locks, and access codes are sent the day before check in.

There are free roaming chickens all over Ybor City and are quite the tourist attraction to see. The chickens are protected by the city, and do keep their distance from the property.

Also, there is a friendly neighborhood cat that I like to call Manchester. Manchester is not allowed in the units, but does love to say hello from the porch. Please refrain from letting the cat into the screened porches and keep screen doors closed when porches are not in use to keep him off the furniture.
1. Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in time is 3:00pm, and check-out time is 11:00am. Please adhere to these times to allow for smooth transitions between guests.
- If you need early check-in or late check-out, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

2. Occupancy:
- The maximum number of guests allowed is 11. This includes both adults and children. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval from the host.
- Visitors are allowed only with prior approval from the host. They must adhere to the house rules and cannot stay overnight.

3. Smoking:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you need to smoke, please use the designated outdoor smoking areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

4. Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.

5. Noise and Disturbance:
- Please respect the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours, between 10pm and 7am.
- Parties, events, and loud gatherings are not allowed.

6. Cleanliness and Damages:
- Please treat the property with care and respect. Report any damages, breakages, or malfunctions immediately to the host.
- Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition. Excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.

7. Safety and Security:
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and security during their stay. Ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property or going to bed.
- Do not allow strangers into the property for any reason. If you are expecting visitors, inform the host in advance.

8. Appliances and Amenities:
- Guests are welcome to use the provided appliances and amenities, such as the kitchen, washing machine, or entertainment systems, in accordance with their designated purpose.
- Please follow any specific instructions or guidelines provided by the host for the use of certain appliances or amenities.
- Please do not unplug and existing devices, such as routers, WiFi extenders, etc., as they are utilized to give our guests a smooth experience during their stay.

9. Parking:
- If parking is available, please follow any designated parking instructions provided by the host. Do not block driveways or other vehicles.

10. Compliance with Laws:
- Guests are expected to comply with all local laws, including but not limited to noise regulations, waste disposal, and any other relevant regulations applicable to the property.
