Desert Golf and Ski is a privately owned and managed home located on the Angel Fire Golf Course, just minutes to Angel Fire Resort. With architecture that boasts a multitude of windows throughout, guests can view the golf course in the summer and the beautiful snow and wildlife in the winter. The ski resort is a 2 min drive and a tee box steps away. Spend your time skiing at Angel Fire Resort, a 2 min drive, or golfing at the Angel Fire Country Club Golf Course, steps from the house! There is also a sledding hill located at the country club, a minute's drive away. In summer the ski resort transforms into a mountain biker's paradise. A ten minute walk gives you free access to the basketball court, a pickleball and tennis court, and a playground for the kids!

With an open floor plan and natural light, this house is the perfect summer and winter get-away. A large patio off of the first level provides a place to relax in the outdoors, complete with a gas grill. The house has undergone multiple major renovations with mostly all new appliances, new flooring, new mattresses throughout. Each bedroom, the living area and the kitchen have large smart TVs.

The first floor houses a kitchen complete with all the cooking essentials, a breakfast nook with a New Mexico original hand-painted kitchenette. The kitchen opens to the dining area with a large dining table perfect for family and friends. The large living area with vaulted ceilings has a fireplace with views of the golf course. A powder bath is conveniently located off the living/dining area. The master bedroom is found on the first floor, complete with a king bed, desk, large smart TV and full bath.

The second floor has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a king bed and a twin bed with a twin trundle. High windows allow for star-gazing from your bed! A full bath is also located on the second floor as well as a play or study area, complete with a desk and a children's play table.

It is not uncommon for the deer to visit; they are our most frequent guests and will eat out of your hand! There is an attached 2 car garage for ample parking. Desert golf and ski allows you to enjoy the beautiful outdoors of New Mexico without the crowds of the resort. We are also a short drive to Red River and to Taos, both offering a multitude of activities and dining.
