We follow Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol which was developed with experts guidance, clean and sanitize the space for each stay ( before check in and after check out)

Attention: Smart lock SELF check in system, please go straight to the unit, the entry code will be provided at the date you arrive. Please always make sure the door is locked by clicking the bottom summit button before you leave the property.

Please bring your favorite Beach/pool towels, you can easily rent beach chairs, Umbrellas at the beach managed by the City. (05/30-09/05)

In the heart of Myrtle Beach, Walking distance to so many great restaurants, attractions, world famous Oceanfront miles long Boardwalk, Rip Tydz Oceanfront & grill Rooftop bar, Gay dolphin gift shop ( so big you can get lost )!!! SkyWheel, bars, Cafes, night life, Starbuck's, grocery store, mins drive to Broadway at the beach, urgent care etc.

Free parking for condo guests is available at assigned parking garage across street, we will send you detailed check-in info. and pics the date before your arrival. Uber is easy way to get around if you are going bit further out, our condo is right on the beach and close to Boardwalk so you can pretty much walk anywhere. Golf cart, scooter also a choice if you go somewhere close.

Our condo was designed with YOU in mind, we want to make a great vacation for you, and enjoy your time here as your second home. Top notch accommodation, central location to everything, and of course waking up to the Ocean!! We believe you and your love ones will enjoy this home as much as we do.

* According to HOA Rules and Regulations ‐ Clotheslines ‐ No clotheslines shall be located on common areas, balconies, or porches; nor shall anything be hung to dry in windows, sliding glass doors or on patios, porches or balconies that may be visible from common areas. violation will be Fined.
* No Pets, No Smoking of any kind inside condo and Balcony, No extra guests, No Events. Any sign/evidence of these Subject to $250 fine each.
* Must be 21 years old or older to book
* We provide the great quality towels, linens for our guests to use, they all personal owned, please take good care of them, we charge up to $70.00 for stained or missing towels, bed linens, comforter and coverlets.
* Please Do Not take our bath towels out of room to beach or pools.
* Amenities that are listed such as Resort pools, hot tubs, etc. MAY or MAY NOT be available at your time of arrival, could be closed due to maintenance, upgrades or simply just the time of year ( we have no control over of this). No refunds due to this.
* Airbnb Damage Claim: We sincerely wish you all have a great vacation and enjoy your stay at our oceanfront condo. Please treat our home as your own and we would greatly appreciate it. If guest breaks something beyond normal wear and tear, missing items , we would have to file a claim through Airbnb Resolution Center.
* Check out is by 10am. Please place used towels in towel hamper in bathroom, and take trash out during your stay/check out to prevent bugs, trash cans are located at the end of parking garage, please see pic. Do not set trash bags outside your door, it will resulting a charge from the HOA for clean up. You will be charged also if this occurs, please help us keep the property clean and safe for everyone.
