Your vacation begins the moment you arrive at the Ko Olina Beach Villas Resort, greeted with a warm smile and friendly wave as you enter this beautiful 2-mile coastal community featuring premium ocean views, four crystal-clear lagoons with white-sand beaches, a championship golf course, and a full-service marina for sailing, snorkeling, scuba, and fishing adventures.

Once you check into your 15th-floor, 180-degree panoramic ocean and mountain view Penthouse, your dream vacation truly begins. Because we understand how the first day of traveling can be challenging, we’ve got your back with a Basket of Goodies for everyone to enjoy. Take a moment to sit back on your lanai, relax, and take in the picturesque views before your island adventure begins.

Our 15th-floor penthouse is extremely private, with only four villas on the floor. You’ll enjoy an abundance of deluxe amenities, including plush towels, super-soft bedding, bathroom niceties, and a full-size washer and dryer. Plus enjoy oversized beach towels, beach cart, beach chairs, cooler and beach toys! The signature state-of-the-art kitchen—designed by renowned Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi—features Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, granite countertops, and all the kitchenware needed to prepare a gourmet dinner or casual afternoon snacks.

The resort features an oversized quiet lap pool, lagoon-style pools, a sand-bottom pool for kids, spas, a dry sauna and steam room, Koi ponds, the Makai Hale Beach Bar, a fully equipped fitness center, outdoor barbecues, and a smoke-free environment. And of course, the beach is just a hop, skip and jump away.

Location, Location, Location: Known for its mild tropical climate, Ko Olina is located on the sunny side of Oahu, just 21 miles from Honolulu Airport. This peaceful resort community is home to only three other luxury resorts. Take a stroll to Ko Olina Station & Center for unique shops, a variety of restaurants, and the Island Country Market, or enjoy a short drive to Kapolei for Costco, Target, local shops, dining, and entertainment.

Advance emails from Holly (owner Rep) were very detailed. All above expectations. Villa well-furnished along with indoor parking and secure entrance. From lanai, the 15th floor view of pools, lovely grounds, beautiful Pacific was spectacular especially at sunset. Compared to nearby resorts, beach had a private-like feeling. Golf course across street & resort just a 30 min drive to many Oahu island attractions. Complimentary late check-out was perfect. We live in a community of 1,100 homes and have posted many details on website for future travelers.

Absolutely amazing place. Family of four with a 3 and 6 year old and we all loved the place. Great location and quick walking access to restaurants at adjacent hotels too along the beach walking path (Aulani, 4 Seasons and Marriott). Place was well equipped for making our own breakfast and some dinners. Costco and other grocery stores just 10 to 15 minutes away.

Outstanding Vacation in Oahu!

Our 8 day stay in this condo was amazing! It had everything we could have asked for. The beach gear provided, especially the chairs and umbrella really came in handy! I can't even begin to describe the view from our lanai...except I think every one of us had tears in our eyes when we had to leave.

Beautiful Property and Great Location

Very clean with great views. Location is perfect if you are looking to stay away from the Waikiki crowds but still be close enough to take a short trip into Town to support the local businesses. Highly recommended.

Property and grounds were beautiful. Penthouse was clean and had everything we needed. Shopping and dining was close by and convenient. We loved the lagoons at Ko Olina. Calm waters, shade, no crowds. We had a great time.

Magical ocean view

We loved our stay here! It was special to have coffee with an ocean view and occasionally see whales spouting! The property manager was easy to reach. It was a quiet unit with comfortable beds.

stunning views

We booked this for Thanksgiving last minute. Hosts were very accommodating and thought of everything you’ll need! We appreciated the extras like beach and snorkel gear, snacks and a late checkout. By far our favorite was the amazing view!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our time on property. What a relaxing place to stay. Way less crowded at the pool and beach than the properties on the other lagoons. Beautiful and well cared for unit. Well stocked kitchen. Easy location to get on the highway and go wherever you want on the island. Our family would love to stay here again!

Magical, Laid Back, Relaxing

Took our parents and some family to celebrate our 25th anniversary and these units were amazing! The property manager was on top of everything even throughout the length of our stay. You can’t find a more serene quiet place to stay than here! Will definitely be back!
