This 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Condo has been tastefully decorated with a fully equipped newly renovated kitchen. Sundowner is a small friendly complex located on a cul-de-sac, (formerly West Bay Rd) a unique area of Seven Mile Beach, no need to worry about traffic if you like to walk. Sundowner is steps away from The Kimpton Seafire Resort where there is a Spa, 3 Restaurants and a Water Sports Rental Office, close enough to enjoy and far enough away for peacefulness. A waterfront rental with beach loungers, umbrellas, masks, snorkels and floaties. A vacation getaway to remember!

We had wonderful 10 day stay. The condo checked all our boxes. Jayne welcomed us on arrival and shared a few tips. She also readily answered any questions we had during our stay. The property was exactly as pictured. Loved, loved, loved the deck and beach! The complex was very well maintained. The beach was raked daily and beach chairs and umbrellas were readily available. The location was perfect. Thank you Jayne for sharing your perfectly updated condo.

Amazing views in a relaxing setting

This three bedroom condo in Grand Cayman is a true gem. We loved the amazing views from the balcony, the ease of getting to the beach and the proximity to a five-star resort. We will certainly be back!

Wonderful Location

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Great location as it’s on 7 mile beach but down far enough that you’re not surrounded by people. The upstairs terrace was beautiful and a great place to hang out. We would recommend to friends and would visit again.

Quiet and Comfortable

Jayne's place is in a good location and great for a relaxing beach vacation. She provides everything you need, from towels to basic kitchen supplies, and the sunset view is tough to beat. She was very accommodating and communication was so easy!

Most Beautiful Stay

Jayne was quick to respond, thoughtful and understanding. She allowed us to check in early to a clean place, and provided help to make our stay easy and relaxing. The house is beautiful inside and out, with the most amazing views. Would definitely be interested in visiting again someday!

Perfect location!

Our family of 6 (kids aged 11-17) had a fabulous time. The beach is pristine, the water is warm and the waves are friendly! We snorkeled, tanned and built sandcastles on a mostly deserted beach all week. We enjoyed walking next door to the kimpton for dinner and also the proximity to the grocery store and other restaurants. The condo itself was exactly as described and was stocked with everything you could want or need (even kitchen essentials like olive oil and sugar). The owner, Jayne, was very responsive and was even waiting for us earlier than the agreed arrival time which was a blessing after a long hot day of travel! We have stayed at many vrbos and this is one of the best. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic stay on Seven Mile Beach

We had a wonderful time at Sundowner. The condo was perfect for our group of 6 adults. Spacious and clean, and the rooftop patio was amazing. We spent our mornings and evenings just hanging out there, the awnings and fans helped keep us cool and the view was breathtaking. We loved being right on the beach and it was an easy drive to Georgetown. Jayne was very helpful and easy to reach. Overall a great experience. We will be back!

Amazing Trip

Unit #6 was perfect for our family. The beach was excellent, even though there were some days with very rough waves. The unit was fully stocked with everything we needed. Jayne was always accessible if we needed her; which we didn’t because everything was perfect! The only downfall is there is no pool, which the kids would’ve loved on the windy/rough days. Great, quiet location on 7 MB.

We had a wonderful 6 day stay. Highlights included:1. Beach - located on the end of 7MB away from the main harbor. This end still offers significant beach and sand. The water was magnificent and we were able to quickly go back and forth to the unit and the beach.2. Location - This was a smaller, low rise complex with only about a dozen units. There was never a feeling of overcrowding. Very quiet and peaceful.3. Outdoor lanai - tons of space including dining and lounging, including covered awnings. Incredible sunsets.4. Kitchen - this was the best stocked kitchen of any unit we have ever visited. It had everything we could possibly need.5. Updated - living area, kitchen and top bedrooms appeared to be recently renovated. Great space to unwind and spread out.

Beautiful condo

This was a beautiful condo that was very clean and stocked with all the essentials a family of 5 could possibly need from toiletries to kitchen items. I had a chance to meet Jayne the host who stopped by to make sure everything was okay with the condo. The location was beautiful, just like the pictures and away from the cruise ships. We did rent a car so we could tour the island and be able to visit the recommended places to eat so we could enjoy the authentic island cuisine. The patio was huge and we spent alot of time there just taking in the view of the ocean. We even used the grill!. It was a trip of a lifetime for my family and we all enjoyed the stay and beautiful location. It will be one of thise trips we will never forget.

Picture Perfect!

Such a beautiful condominium. Three bedrooms, each with their own baths. Master has just a tub. Washer and dryer and every amenity you could think of. The hosts thought of everything and couldn't have been kinder to us during our stay. We lost a day due to airline delays and the hosts went out of their way to make our stay very special. You are a bit away from the action, but you have the beach to yourself. The sand is so soft and the water is gorgeous. You have your own umbrella and chairs every single day and you don't have to listen to the screams of other people. Haha. A very relaxing girls trip. The patios and furnishings are beautiful. To give you an idea of where it is,Camana Bay is about 2.5 miles away. A beautiful resort with a restaurant and bar is a very short, easy walk next door. We did not get a car because they drive on the opposite side of the road and we did just fine using cabs.Georgetown is about 2 miles away. Highly recommend this property. Would be great for a couples trip, families or girls getaway. I hope to stay here again someday!

What a view!

Spent a week at Jayne's condo on 7 mile beach. My first trip to the Cayman's and first VRBO rental and I may never go back to a hotel. We traveled with 3 teenage girls (19, 17, 16) and we had so much more space which was enjoyable. The view from the condo is breathtaking and the upper deck sunsets are spectacular. The condo is clean and has everything you could need. Teenage girls are often difficult to get off their phones but not this trip - they spent most days snorkeling in front of the condo. In the morning they snorkeled to the right and after lunch they snorkeled to the left. They saw stingrays, a turtle, and the most amazing fish. They also took out the paddle boards. Jayne's dinner recommendations were always amazing. A few nights we just walked next door to the Kimpton and that was great too. We hope to be back again next year! Thanks Jayne!

Fantastic Property!

The condo was perfect for our group of 6 adults (3 couples). The location was private enough to have the beach to ourselves, yet close enough to restaurants, stores, and activities to quickly get anywhere we wanted to go within a short drive. The condo was very well outfitted with everything we needed for our stay (paper goods, detergents, beach towels, small appliances, and dishes and cutlery). We had plenty of storage space for our personal items in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Having the common areas on the third floor with direct access to the oversized deck allowed our group to enjoy the magnificent views from sunrise to sunset. Everything in the condo (including the BBQ grill) was of a high quality and we enjoyed having the water cooler so we didn’t need bottled water. Most of all, Jayne (host) was spot on with her recommendations, very responsive to questions, and very helpful on our day of arrival including helping with some initial deliveries for us. We highly recommend the property to others and look forward to returning sometime in the future.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!!!!!!

I traveled to Grand Caymen for the first time on a girl's trip and we could not have been happier with Jaynes place. She is a gracious host and even met us at the condo to welcome us and show us around and let us know where everything was. I am a traveler and never have I stayed at a person's home that was so well stocked with everything that a guest would need. I typically need to buy paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing and washer pods, etc. however, Jayne had all of this for us. She even has a water dispenser in the unit. It was so convenient as we did not have to buy cases of water, and it was so easy for me to make tea in the morning. I also felt good as it helps the environment with less plastic. The unit was spotless, the view was spectacular and the huge patio overlooking the ocean was really amazing. The location is great and is close to some really great restaurants. If you get a chance, visit Tillies. It was superb and it had a great vibe. Remember to ask for a table by the water and for Charlie as your server. I would highly recommend staying here, You will love it!!!!

Wonderful stay!! View is second to none!

We had such an amazing stay at Jayne‘s condo. The condo was very roomy, updated, clean, and Jayne had thought of every possible detail that you would need for your stay. The double upper deck was incredible. We spent a lot of time roaming the island and having dinners at different restaurants, and I don’t think a single view topped the view at this location. The sunsets were incredible. And just the view of the ocean during the day was unmatched. You are literally 10 steps to the beach and the water was perfect. We spent many hours in the beautiful ocean water. It was a perfect location, as it was close to the Kimpton Seafire resort, and an easy walk for morning coffee. It was an also an easy drive into Georgetown, as well as to other parts of the island. Jayne was there to greet us upon check in and helped us with a car rental issue. She certainly didn’t need to help out with the car issue, but she jumped right in late on Saturday night and helped us communicate with Budget. Do not hesitate about booking this place. It was a gem of a find!! Couple other helpful hints: If you are not staying at the Kimpton, you cannot rent equipment from the Red Sail Watersports right next to the Kimpton. We honestly found Red Sail to be too large of an outfit, and we went with two much smaller companies for our boat tour (George’s Watersports) and rentals of jet skis (Seabreeze watersports). I would highly recommend renting a car, though they do drive on the other side of the road.
