Great condo! Host was very responsive! Pool is directly behind the condo and its heated! 5 min walk to the beach! Master bedroom is huge with king bed and extra daybed with trundle - super spacious!

Great place to stay with a family. Plenty of space and a quite location. Beach is a short walk and the pool is steps away.

Absolutely loved this condo! Having the pool directly in our back yard was awesome. We loved that the beach was just a short 5 minute walk through the resort and across one street. It was safe and easily accessible with children. The location of the condo was prime. A short drive to anywhere in PCB. My family all agreed that if we came back, this would be the exact condo we stayed in

Great location

Would definitely stay in this condo again. It had everything we needed and the pool right out back was perfect. The exit was right beside our building as well and only a 5 min walk to access the beach. We had great communication with the manager as well.

Great for what we needed

We extended our vacation and this was great to bridge the gap for our other condo. My only complaint is this place could definitely use a pretty good deep clean. Otherwise everything was great!

Great time in PCB

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Gulf Highlands but this was our first stay in this unit, we'd definitely stay again! Loved having the pool right out the back door and a short walk to the beach. Clean and plenty of seating in the living room was a plus, thanks!

We’ve stayed at several Gulf Highland condos and this by far is my favorite! Property was just as described in the listing. The walk to the beach access was a very short walk - maybe two blocks - no complaints from the kid! The master bedroom was huge and the extra bed was a plus! Pool was directly in the backyard! Kitchen was fully stocked - so much cabinet and counter space. Had access to cleaning supplies (iykyk) to keep the sand cleaned up! Overall great house!

This was our 4th yr in a row staying in Gulf Highlands and was our fav. Condo so far. Only thing it could use a really good deep cleaning.

We love PCB!

Had everything we needed and loved how the pool was right out the back door. Close to Walmart and loved not having to bother with elevators during arrival and departure. We'll definitely be back!

Overall great, but had some issues

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit in general was comfortable for two couples and two toddlers. The kind bed in the guest bedroom was two smaller beds pushed together, and the bed slats broke leaving our friends having to sleep on an uncomfortable bed that was sloping downward. The tv in the master bedroom was unplugged completely with wires hanging so that tv was not used at all which was frustrating. The water went out in the entire complex for a little under an hour, but happened to go out while low both showers were being used plus the washing machine. Very frustrating. We saw one big bug in the kitchen, but understand that’s not always avoidable. The location to the beach was great, and the space was great for how many of us were there. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner. The townhouse overall was enough to provide a great stay at the beach, but could use some upkeep.

The set up was good but you can tell the place hasn’t been deep cleaned in a while. The upstairs bathroom door got stuck multiple times locking us in the room. Blinds were broke, back door dead bolt wouldn’t lock, couldnt hook up the internet connection to the tv in the main living room.

This was our first time to PCB. The resort was perfect. Having a pool right outside the back door was awesome! The beach was about a five minute walk. The kitchen had all the the basic needs and nice appliances. We had everything we needed either a walk or short drive away! We visited several local restaurants and Pier Park and all was nice! As other reviews have said, the condo could use a good clean. The carpets on stairs and in bedrooms is old and really needs a deep clean or replacement. Also one of the beds (in smaller room) is not a king (looks like two twins put together). It’s shorter and wider than a king, which may not bother some but hubby and I are tall so we need a true king! The bed itself seems broken and slants (this was also mentioned in reviews). I really hope the owners get these things taken care of as we’d really like to come back to this location!

We had a great time pool was so close and place was clean. We had one day where the water was out due to a main line breaking it was only out a couple hours. This was not the condos fault it was the entire area was out of water. They had great communication to let us know what was happening and how quickly they would be able to get it fixed. The ocean was two short streets and your on the beach! Everything is convenient to the area walking or driving. It was a great place to stay
