We’re unsure if the guest doesn't read or pretended not to have known, but all of our information and rules are listed. The guest had an unapproved party. She mentioned that only 7 people would be entering the property (typical) and over 30 kids showed up, underage drinking, violated our policy with weed smoking. Broke wine glasses and a garbage can. This supposedly was a mother renting for her sons party with no supervision. Yes we welcome parties, but they must be approved so we can take deposits and have the proper checks and cleaning services, and charge appropriately. We gave the guest the opportunity to resolve the matter and since her choice was to not pay for the damages/ missing items and write a misleading review that will further cause us losses, we will file a legal claim against her in Leon County Court.

There are additional linens, and towels in the linen closet. We stock 2 washcloths, 2 Hand towels, and 2 towels in each bathroom as to not clutter the bathroom. For additionals you‘d need go to the linen closet. You have 12 cups which includes 4 wine glasses, 8 plates and multiple utensils. If you stay again, contact us and we can help you locate the items.
