Surf Song #120 - Relax in this bright and airy 2 bedroom, 2 bath poolside condo, complete with brand new kitchen, new furnishings and flat screened panel TV! Just steps from the heated beach facing pool, and a quick walk to popular John's Pass, this ground unit condo has everything you need for the perfect vacation. The full kitchen provides all utensils for your cooking needs and opens into the spacious and comfortable living area. Free Wifi. Please note there is no phone in this condo.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Sleeping up to four guests, the master bedroom has a queen bed with an attached bathroom offering space and privacy. The TV in the master bedroom has cable service. Two twin beds are in the second guest room making this an ideal location for families. The TV in the guest bedroom is streaming only. There is no sofa bed in this property.

Linen for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay are provided! All you need to pack are your clothes and toothbrush! BBQ facilities, pool and beaches are right out your front door!

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. Weekly maid service is provided with this property.

Just a short walk away is popular John's Pass Village. Located directly across the street, The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

We loved the new luxury vinyl tile throughout, new living room furniture, and the new kitchen cabinets. I was so glad to see the refrigerator moved to the other side. So much better counter space.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 7th trip with family. Always enjoy our time at "our" Surf Song condo. Scott did an excellent job of keeping the outside (i.e. pool, all around the tables, plants) clean. The only complaint inside the condo, was the bedroom carpets needed shampooed. You could not walk around barefoot inside the condo without getting black feet. Other than that everything else was fine.

Reviewer Comments: It’s all about the location, Gulf Coast beach front , John’s Pass Boardwalk and proximity of the restaurants, and shops , once you park your car, everything is in walking distance , we stayed at Surf Song , that had all the amenities, each unit is different, per owner, our condo was up to date, and clean , my only complaint, the area rental price has doubled in the last 4 years

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has stayed at Surf Song before in a different unit while they were were under different management. We absolutely loved it. This one was not the same. The unit this time had dirty or stained sheets, blood stain drops on one of the pillows, food stains running down the wall in the kitchen and living room walls. It wasn’t so dirty that we left but I certainly won’t choose the same unit. Still love Surf Song and hope to stay again.

Location next to the pool was great and the view was awesome. Surf Song is directly across the street from John's Pass so you can walk anywhere. We have stayed in various SunHost Resorts nearby and this was my favorite.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another great time at Madeira Beach this year. The new carpet in the bedrooms was very nice and really appreciated. We hope to continue these family vacations at Surf Song but unsure with the changes. We have always made our reservations for the next year before we checked out; however this year we (multiple family members) found our condos were showing as available and could have been rented out from under us before we got rescheduled. Next year we will have 10 condos booked and would like to keep coming.

the Surf Song is #1 for family vacations. we have been vacationing there since 1988. our teenage grandkids love it there, plenty for them to do within walking distance. we give it 5 stars. The Manz family.
