The Space:

Welcome to Chalet de l’Érablière, located in Saint-Philémon in the Chaudière-Appalaches region, near Parc régional du Massif du Sud. Surrounded by nature and well equipped for a getaway in every season, the chalet offers a comfortable and inviting setting for families and groups of friends.



Accommodating up to 8 guests, the chalet features two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The first bedroom has two Double beds, while the second features two Single beds. A Queen bed is also available in the living area, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for your group.



The chalet is fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and hassle-free. Bedding, towels, and several essential items are provided, while the kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. A Napoleon BBQ, sheltered from the elements, is also available year-round.



After a day outdoors, unwind in the private hot tub, available year-round and located just steps from the patio door. Outside, two large furnished patios provide plenty of space to relax, with shaded areas, comfortable seating, and an outdoor fire pit. An indoor fireplace also adds to the atmosphere on cooler days.



For relaxing evenings indoors, you will find a selection of board games as well as a collection of movies on VHS, adding a fun touch of nostalgia for guests of all ages.



Planning to combine your getaway with remote work? A dedicated workspace with a desk, office chair, and 27-inch monitor is also available.



The chalet’s location is particularly appealing for outdoor enthusiasts. You can access the trails of Parc régional du Massif du Sud directly from the chalet. Two complimentary passes to the regional park are provided during your stay. These passes are valid for the regional park trail network only and do not provide access to the ski resort lifts.
