No issues at all with this stay. Mark was friendly, followed all house rules, and left everything neat and tidy.

Cozy cabin, with view of water, short walk to dock and included a slip. Furniture not really comfortable, and bathroom very small. Pool was nice.

Beautiful little cabin with direct site of the lake. Coffee on the front porch waiting for the morning fog to lift while watching a mama deer with her fawn at dawn was my daily routine before taking my morning walk through the property. Cabin was small but well laid out so it felt spacious. Super simple check-in and check-out process was appreciated. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The location and setup for a couple’s getaway was perfect. It was a very peaceful stay with a great view of the lake and short walk to the dock where we spent a little time fishing. We saw deer and ducks. We really enjoyed the privacy. The cabin was clean and adequately stocked.

Area was very nice. Loved sitting on the porch enjoying the outdoors and the view. Cabin was equipped with good cooking amenities. Beds were comfortable. If you bring a boat, you may be placed in a slip that is quite a ways away from your cabin but are covered and have power. Trailer parking is limited as well. Only problem we had was when trying to call on the first day, we called the number and spoke to a gentleman that seemed to have no idea of our reservations and could not find it for about 8 minutes. We ended the call with him and I believe it was Melissa called us right back with information so they must use a call center in a different country. Rest of vacation was great. Thank you for great stay.

Overall we had a good trip. I will say the room looked bigger on the pictures which is why we went with a one bedroom vs a two bedroom. I was a little disappointed with the size of the cabin. There is a leak in the bathroom roof and the beds were not great. Very uncomfortable. Based on the beds alone I wouldn’t return. If I were younger (and I’m only 37) but if I were in my 20’s with zero back issues and no kids I’d go back. Next time we will probably stay at a bigger cabin.

When checking in, lady was not real helpful with directions; where cabin was, where pool was. Maybe a map should have been provided. Code from host was right away on email. We found it. From parking, there is a short walk to steps up to cabin deck. When we stepped in, it was dark. Even with all lights on, but we got used to it. When we unloaded suitcases, we kept hitting the bedframe, which is sticking out from mattress. I tried fixing it with the hot pads in kitchen. Worked and we were careful. This is a pretty small cabin, but quaint. Decorated cute. But the musty and moldy smell of an old basement. Tv was hard to figure out. I contacted management and they responded. However, I had figured it out already. We left and got fresheners, spray and tried to make the best of it as we already paid in full. The walk to lake is very uneven from cabin but we walked down to boatslip on pavement bit then it’s rock to deck and very hard to walk as it’s downhill. Mornings were beautiful from porch. Saw a deer, listen to the geese, watched squirrels. All Gods creation. Thank you to Melissa, the host she assured me things would be looked at and fixed. Thanks again.

Cute cabin in Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at Stork Landing. The cabin was very clean, updated and had a prime waterfront location at the resort. The resort amenities are nice and overall has a great atmosphere.
