Everything about the place is amazing including Nicole and her communication and update. Our 30 year old daughters who travel a lot said it was the best VRBO property they've ever been to. Overall wonderful experience.

We enjoyed our weekend stay here, the home was clean and well equipped for all our needs. The host was very welcoming and provided us with all the necessary information to make our check in and checkout process smooth and easy.

Five stars are not enough for this property! We were in the area for a family wedding. We had several families with small children and the property had everything we could possibly need. Staircases already had gates attached so we didn’t need to worry about little ones. High chairs, boosters, and pack and plays were provided. There was even a playground a short walk from the house. Perfect for families! The house and surrounding property are lovely. The views of the river and mountains from the house are stunning. Many walks were taken to the river’s edge. We loved sitting on the deck catching up and listening to the river tumble over the rocks. The kitchen is well stocked and the large farmhouse table was perfect for lounging over coffee in the morning. The early communication with the owner helped in our planning for the weekend. Highly recommend the property and its owners!

What a gem this place is! So close to Seattle metro, but it feels like you're in worlds away! Though there are neighbors nearby, it definitely feels secluded and private. We loved drinking our coffee on the deck in the morning and listening to the sound of the river. The home is cozy, with plenty of seating and bedrooms and the kitchen is better equipped than any vacation rental we've stayed in before. Nicole is thoughtful and ensured that we had everything we needed for our stay; communication with her was easy and I could tell she has thought through the many details that make for a smooth and enjoyable experience for those that have the pleasure of renting their space. We'd be back in a heartbeat!

Views at this property were amazing! Property itself was a little dated. Also, did not realize we were in a neighborhood and would have neighbors so close to us.Access to the river was a little difficult with all of the rocks. Cannot say enough about the host. Nicole was excellent. This home is definitely family friendly. Nicole thought of everything.

Nicole was an outstanding host and went above and beyond to make our vacation as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. The home was thoughtfully stocked with nearly everything we could have needed, and the high-quality furniture and comfortable bedding made it feel more like staying in a close friend’s home than a rental property.The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the private community beach area was the perfect place to spend the day enjoying the river. This was our group’s fourth cabin stay in the area, and everyone agreed that this was our favorite experience so far.We would love to return next year—hopefully for an even longer stay. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed getaway in a beautiful setting.

Perfect Pacific NW getaway

Our family stayed here and the home and property were perfect. Everything was clean and Nicole made the entire check in/out process easy. The location is close to many amazing local hikes in Gold Bar and Index and is close enough to Stevens Pass. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very well stocked home, you can tell the owners are very intentional and thoughtful with what they provide. House was clean and hosts were friendly to communicate with.

Relax by the river

Beautiful setting! Place was excellent for 3 seniors...didn't even leave other than tovealk around the property. Woodstove came in handy...played games til the wee hours and ate more than we should. Would definitely come again!

Beautiful riverfront home

My extended family and I had a fantastic time at this beautiful riverfront home. The house is very spacious and comfortable, the view is spectacular, and everyone in our party enjoyed the indoor and outdoor games. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Amazing View

Property was located on beautiful river w/ mountains in the background. Plenty of space for my wife and myself along w/ 3 grown children and their families. Great area downstairs for young children to play. Back deck was great to allow us to relax and take in the view.

Such a beautiful place! Everything was so well stocked- they had everything you could possibly need. It was so cozy and welcoming. We got lucky with the weather and enjoyed bonfires by the river and played yard games. Everything was extremely well maintained and organized! Nicole was a wonderful host- so helpful & answered any questions we had. We will definitely go back again to stay. She even made sure we had a decorated Christmas tree since our family was celebrating an early Christmas! 10/10 experience. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Perfect house for a big group

We had an amazing weekend at this house! The house is clean, super organized, and has everything you would need and then some. The view of the river and mountains was perfect for a cozy weekend with friends. Really easy check in and plenty of beds & bathrooms for our group of 10. We'll be back!

Great Spot along the river

The house is spacious with a great living room that fits a bunch of people. Nicole is a great host who's super responsive and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for anything more, except weather that would've let us use the fire pit which we were looking forward too. I guess we'll just have to come back another time.

Flute retreat in paradise

Perfect place to unplug and be creative. Everything we needed was there plus other thoughtful things that made it a truly inspirational place to play music. Loved the sound of the river. Our manager, Nicole, was the most attentive manager I've ever worked with at a vacation rental.

Perfect Getaway

We had an absolutely fabulous time at the chalet, it was really easy to get to and felt like we were in the mountains without needing to drive over the pass. The house was stunning and had so many friendly, welcoming touches! We were three families and we spent the weekend with the adults playing DnD and the kids hanging out playing games and watching movies. It was perfect!
