Rain or shine, the screened porch offers the perfect spot to relax and soak in the tranquility of Sebago Lake. With a mooring that accommodates up to a 24' pontoon or a 22' bowrider, you’ll have endless opportunities for boating, fishing, and exploring, including access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River, offering over 40 miles of navigable waterways.

Frye Island offers so much more than just water fun. Guests enjoy access to 12 association beaches, a swimming pool, tennis courts, a golf course, and even an on-site restaurant and ice cream stand. Whether you’re seeking adventure or relaxation, this unique lakeside retreat provides the perfect mix of amenities, natural beauty, and memorable Maine experiences.

Very nice property. Excellent location, 5 minute walk to the restaurant/genreal store, ferry dock, and right across from the Leap! Beautiful views.

The kitchen was a bit small but overall the cottage fit 6 adults comfortably. I would stay at this cottage again.

Also, very close to the Cafe, General Store, and Ferry Landing. The house is small, but charming and very well equipped. We enjoyed the screened in part of the porch to sit and read or stare at the lake without the bugs getting to you.

The large dock was great for relaxing and the view of Fry's Leap was fun!
