Welcome to The Marquise, a well-appointed 1-bedroom condo nestled in Whistler's desirable Benchlands neighborhood, being just a 2-minute walk to ski-in/ski-out access on Blackcomb Mountain. Perfect for winter ski getaways or summer mountain adventures, this comfortable retreat offers unbeatable convenience with nearby trails, the free village shuttle, and close proximity to Whistler's Upper Village shops and dining. Whether you're a couple seeking a romantic escape or a small family looking for alpine fun, The Marquise is the ideal base for your Whistler vacation.

Step inside to find a bright, open-concept living space complete with a cozy gas fireplace, brand new smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for all your meals and après-ski treats. A window A/C unit and fan keep things cool in summer, while the private balcony lets you enjoy mountain air year-round. The spacious king bed and convenient sofa bed sleep up to four guests comfortably. During your stay, enjoy access to great building amenities including a communal pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness suite, secure ski and bike storage, and paid underground parking.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:
* This unit has one window A/C in the living room area. We supply one fan per bedroom.
* The common area pool & hot tub is available for guests to use at their own discretion. We appreciate your understanding should these facilities close on short notice due to maintenance or health & safety.
* No events, parties, or large groups.
* No smoking

Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. Harmony Whistler retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met and no refund will be provided. NO GROUPS.

Pets of any kind are not permitted in this home. There will be a fine of up to $500 for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units if permission has not been granted.

All rates are subject to a 5% GST, 8% PST, 3% hotel tax & 7% booking fee.

Kindly note that there is a an additional guest fee of $25/night per guest above the standard occupancy.

Prior to check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card plus photo identification for a pre-authorization of $500. The credit card may be charged up to $500 after departure if the property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of the main guest.

I stayed alone for three nights at 306 Marquise and had a very positive experience. The space was clean, well-organized, and felt peaceful and cosy — I settled in quickly and truly felt at home. There was a bit of a learning curve initially with some of the logistics, such as parking and access, but that's quite typical when arriving somewhere new and became easy once I was oriented. Overall, I really appreciated the quiet atmosphere and comfortable space, and I would be happy to return in the future.

The room was very nice and the plates, cups, etc was appreciated. the location was wonderful. more details about the shuttle and the public path to the hill would have been helpful. There was no staff, no information about use of the hot tub. There was a loud dripping on the a/c unit that was pretty annoying as it echoed in the living area where my son was sleeping. The fireplace was nice but getting it to work was unreliable.

It's a great property. Small, but can fit a family of 4. Really liked the layout of the unit and the amenities (common area hot tub, pool, ski lockers, parking) in the building. Great location for skiing out to Blackcomb base, walking to the village, or taking the free bus to Whistler base.

Clean and quiet place to stay

Had a great experience here. Had to call the host as my door code wasn’t working. It’s a management company and they had someone on call (Em) and she answered my call and fixed it for me quickly. Place was dated but well kept and clean. Bed was comfy and sheets were clean. Overall would go back for sure.

Wonderful Condo in Whistler

The condo is well appointed with everything we needed. Excellent location in the upper village a short walk from the Blackcomb gondola. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The whole process was well communicated through emails. Great layout of the unit as well. I highly recommend this place for a couple. A little small for four people.

Great spot and Location

Lovely spot, worked well.Hot tub wasn't working, and there is an air conditioner outside the living room window- when it raining the floor above drips on it and it can become a nuisance. Otherwise great spot!

Exactly what I was hoping for - clean, comfortable accommodations

It's a cozy apartment with a fireplace and couch in a nicely appointed living room. The kitchen is dated yet funcrional, clean, and everything works.The bedroom has both an ensuite and a wash station, which makes it possible for one person to have a shower in private while the other can brush teeth, etcA verry comfortable, decent sized bed as well as a small baalcony that makes it easy to circulate clean air.I would definitely rebook this accommodation as it represents great value, despite being in the Upper Village rather than right in the Main Village (a 15 minute walk)

The stay was sufficient. There was no personal contact. The directions/instructions were sufficient. Coffee maker needs directions. Door wouldn't open on first try. Biggest issue, when it rained the first day, the incessant dripping on the window AC unit caused us to be in the bedroom only with the TV turned up. Couldn't use the living room on the first day. I would never stay here if it rains. Nice to have 2 bathrooms/sinks. Shower is only 5 feet high. No USB ports for charging.

Ski trip with my son

Place was great. Clean, lots of items in the kitchen and walking distance to the hill. Nice parking area and easy place for your ski gear in the basement. Easy to speak with representatives. A few things, no sink plug to wash the dishes (I made it work), light out in the bathroom and battery in the remote were dead on Monday so I could not watch the football game. Main problem was we got a parking ticket as I did not have a parking pass for 4 hours while at dinner on Monday night. Once I got back, I got another pass for the night. I think if I had to give the vehicle information, the parking personnel could have called me so I could have bought the night parking pass instead of getting a parking ticket.

I'm sorry to hear about the problems you experienced, If you had contacted us during your stay we would have been more than happy to come to the unit to resolve these issues for you. Following your stay our team have changed the light bulb and batteries in the remote, and a sink stopper was found to already be present in the unit. I'm sorry to hear that you received a parking ticket, we do advise in the check-in instructions that guests purchase a ticket for the duration of their stay, prior to checking in to the unit. The Parking at this unit is overseen by the strata and so unfortunately we have no control over how this is managed.
