Welcome to your perfect getaway! Our cozy home is located minutes from the airport, historic downtown Savannah, Tybee Island, Hilton Head, SC, Roebling Raceway, Tanger outlets, and fine southern dinning. In addition to the main 4bed/2bath home, it features an attached 1 bed/1 bath suite, both have fully equipped kitchens. It has comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests. It is the perfect choice for families or large groups seeking a little slice of paradise in a quiet neighborhood. This listing includes 5 total bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 2 kitchens. In the main house there are 4 bedrooms. The master has a private bathroom, Roku TV, and a queen size bed. Two bedrooms also feature queen beds and the other has two twin over twin bunk bed sets. The 3 queen rooms have nightstands with charging stations. There is one shared full bath in the hallway near the other bedrooms. The main kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, range/oven, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, and utensils. The living room has a comfy couch with a Roku TV. The attached apartment also has one bedroom with a queen size bed, nightstands, a dresser, and a Roku TV. There is one full bathroom in the unit, as well as a small kitchen and sitting area. The kitchen does not have a microwave, range, or dishwasher. To accommodate meals, we've provided and electric griddle, two burner portable stove, and a toaster oven/air fryer. This kitchenette has all the same cookware, dishes, utensils, etc as the main house. The main house has a washer and dryer that guests may use. We provide a limited number of laundry pods per booking. Guests have access to free wi-fi. Guests can access the entire attached apartment, most of the main house (with the exception of the locked storage closets), the laundry room, and the yard. The shed in the back yard is currently locked for renovations. We will be available by phone, text, or email. Quiet, cozy, 5 minute drive from Bonaventure Cemetery and near historic downtown. You can bike or drive to nearby downtown, Bonaventure Cemetery, Kroger Grocery. Parking is primarily on the street. Our home is your home. We're thrilled to offer you our space, so make yourself comfortable and enjoy all the amenities. Our home was built in 1950 but has been extensively renovated and updated. The attached apartment makes it unique and super functional for traveling with family so you can be together, but not right on top of each other. We're still putting the finishing touches on it, adding things like lamps, books/games, and even a work desk for you. We'll be doing some minor repairs and sprucing up the yard between bookings, none of which affect the comfort of the home. So come on in, sit back and relax. Make yourself feel at home! Please note, we are not a hotel so please treat our things with respect. If we need to replace linens, towels, rugs, dishes, furniture, etc as a result of your stay, we may ask for additional compensation.
