Built in 1924, this 1,040 sqft home is one of the original 50 homes in the Fort Lauderdale and has been completely modernized while still retaining its classic character.

The Florida room is a versatile space with an office on one side, complete with a huge custom wood desk, and a dining room on the other side which features a built-in breakfast nook.

The living room is a comfortable spot to relax, with a down feather couch and a 63" Samsung SmartTV with in-ceiling surround sound speakers for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar, gas stove, oven, full-size fridge, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker.

The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and a massive walk-in closet, while the second bedroom has a full-size bed and plenty of storage. The bathroom features a shower with a rain shower head, and the laundry room has built-in cabinets and a teak folding table.

The backyard is a tropical oasis, completely fenced in and private, with lush landscaping featuring exotic banana trees, palm trees, and huge oaks. Relax on the huge patio, which features a 13"x15" gazebo, a TV, two high-powered fans, a large Green Egg BBQ, and a ring hook game.
