Lovely Waterfront Cottage on Lake St. Catherine

Enjoy your relaxing stay on Lake St. Catherine with our wrap around deck, swings for the kids, plenty of dock space, kayaks and paddle boards. The loft bedroom has 5 beds for comfortable sleeping. There is an unfinished basement TV room ideal for gaming. This is a dog friendly neighborhood. We are located 1 mile away from the Lake St. Catherine Golf course and many mountain biking and hiking trails are nearby. Manchester outlet shopping is just 30 minutes away. You will enjoy beautiful sunsets and frequently see eagles fishing in the bay. Please note that we use a water cooler as the water from the faucet is lake water filtered through a cistern . It is perfectly safe to cook with and bathe in, but please add bottled water to your grocery list. We prefer guests bring their own bed linens, which keeps the cleaning fee low. I'm sure you will have an enjoyable experience.

Excellent location, cozy house, everything you need for a lake vacation. It was a very hot week but there were plenty of fans provided and a great swimming area.

Wonderful Stay

This was the perfect property for our stay and it was great in every way. It had everything we were looking for and then some. Being so close to the lake was terrific. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Everyone loved it so much they talked about making it a yearly trip. We would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a family or friends trip.

Great Summer Get-Away!

This was the perfect get-away for our family! Kim and Keith were so inviting and welcoming from the start. The cottage was just as described and actually felt bigger in-person than in the pictures. We had plenty of space both inside and out, everything we needed was there for our stay (and more), and our kids absolutely loved the lake! Would highly recommend this stay for your family.

The property was gorgeous right on the water with kayakā€™s and paddle boards to use. As well as a water trampoline and lotā€™s floaties! The cottage was well stocked with all the amenities you would need! Thank you Kim for allowing us to enjoy your amazing property!!

A wonderful week of memories

We decided to book for a full week this year and the weather was perfect. The house lacks for nothing. The lake is steps away. The fishing was phenomenal this year. Our pup hates to leave. There is a small restaurant šŸ™‚ā€ā†”ļø/ general store a short walk away. Check in was easy. Communication with Kim was excellent . was excellent as always.

The Lake Home

Right from the beginning, we felt right at home. We were running late for our arrival but our host patiently waited until we arrived. The place was wonderful and the lake was magnificent. The place had everything we needed to experience the lake including paddleboards, kayaks, etc. We will definitely stay there again! The only thing we would suggest is getting a washer and dryer which the owner said she is considering doing.

Wonderful lakeside retreat.

What a place!!. We enjoyed our week away at Lake Saint Catherine. The house, grounds and docks are lovely. We didn't lack for anything. The area is very quiet. Having kayaks for our use was a big plus. We enjoyed our morning paddles up & down the lake. Watching sunsets from the patio made each day a special memory. Thank you Kim for sharing this gem with us. Looking forward to another stay.

Amzing fun getaway

The check in was welcoming and informatuve. Plenty of outddor toys and everything you could dream of wanting and needing in kitchen and bathroom. Superb location and friendly neighborhood. Only suggestions: launder mattress covers & throw blankets, oven could use a good cleaning, and clean sponges for every guest (there were some clean in stock for back up). This home was ultra comfortable and felt like a true home away from home. Certainly the most "bang for the buck!" We would rebook this in half a heartbeat!!!

Lake Vacation

This place was fantastic. My wife and I spent a week here with our two children and our dog and the house was perfectly sized, in fact it could comfortably fit a much larger group than ours with all the extra beds in the loft area. The lake was beautiful and pretty much everything you needed to enjoy the week was provided (paddle boards, tubes, corn hole, fire-pit, etc.) The location is also ideal as you can walk to the local market for any meal as well as ice cream and mini golf. The house is also within running distance of the Slate Valley Trail system and St. Catherine State Park and there's a pretty nice golf course right up the road as well. Kim was an awesome host, providing a quick tour of the property when we checked in and pointing out some of the best local spots to grab a meal or drink. Overall I would highly recommend this rental and we hope to be back some day.

Lake Getaway

First i would like to thank my host Kim. She was a pleasure to work with. She made the process of booking so easy. She was very responsive to my questions. She also met us at the house and went over everything with me which was very nice of her. Kimā€™s lake house is amazing. It checks off all the boxes for a fun and relaxing time on the lake. The house has everything you need . It was very warm during our stay and Kim made sure to have fans in all the windows to cool down the house. The night was very comfortable for sleeping. I cant say enough about the outside. The large deck on the house is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views of the lake and MTā€™s it was well equipped with plenty of chairs and tables . And if you want to get closer to the waters edge there is another large deck attached to the large dock with lots of seats too. We really had fun using the paddle boards and kayaks in the lake. The lake is great for fishing too. My son and I were Kimā€™s first renters and will definitely be renting again. Thank You
