Whether you're carving fresh powder down the slopes or gliding through the scenic Timber Creek Cross Country trails (less than half a mile away), this spot makes mountain memories easy.

Visiting in the warmer months? You're in luck. Hiking and mountain biking trails are right at your fingertips, along with a great mix of local restaurants, shops, and attractions just a short drive away. And when you stay at the resort, you’ll enjoy access to on-site amenities like an indoor pool and sauna—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Inside, the open-concept layout welcomes you with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining nook, and a comfy living room centered around a wood-burning fireplace (yes, firewood is provided!). Stream your favorite shows or simply unwind with a good book. On warmer evenings, step out onto the balcony and soak in the fresh mountain air and stunning views.

When the day winds down, a peaceful bedroom promises a restful night—so you’re refreshed and ready to hit the slopes (or trails) all over again.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The hot tub is currently under construction.
Guests must use personal logins for streaming services.
Washer/Dryer - Shared: In the Main Building, basement level.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
