The world-renowned Siesta Beach, ranked #1 in the USA, is just 3 miles away from the main 3-bedroom house. The main house is beautifully furnished, creating a pleasant atmosphere for your stay. The 4th bedroom is located in the separate guest house.

Our two-acre getaway is fully fenced and gated, ensuring the safety and privacy of our guests. High-quality furnishings and a spacious 75" flatscreen TV provide entertainment options. Enjoy internet browsing on the Wi-Fi or catch up on your favorite shows on the internet TV.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and comes fully equipped, complete with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and more. After a day of fun, relax and watch the sunset before heading to one of the three bedrooms in the main house or the guest house (available for parties of 10 or more). The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a sofa-bed, while the second room has another king-size bed and a rollaway bed, and the third bedroom boasts a king-size bed. The guest house offers one king-size bed and a sofa-bed.

With a total of 4 bathrooms between both houses, including an additional bathroom with access to the pool deck and an outdoor shower for guest convenience, you'll find all the amenities you need. In the main house, the master suite bathroom has a toilet and a bathtub, while the second bedroom suite bathroom has a toilet and a shower. The third bathroom, with a toilet and a shower, is located right next to the third bedroom and is available for guests from the family room. The guest house features a bathroom with a toilet and a shower, and there's a laundry room with an energy-efficient washer and heat-pump EcoDry dryer for guest convenience.

The main house and guest house are booked together for the privacy and comfort of our guests. If your group has less than 10 people, the guest house will be locked but can be made available for smaller groups for an additional fee. For reservations of 10 guests or more, the guest house is automatically open, and both houses are at your disposal.

We have cameras monitoring the driveway, house entry, pool, and backyard. One faces the driveway, one by the front entrance, one over the guest house lanai door, and one on the NE corner facing the pool and gazebo.
