The home was cleaned and prepared before your arrival, so I’m sorry it did not meet your expectations. It was a hot day, and while the air conditioning was running and cool air was coming from the vents, the upstairs needed more time to cool after check-in. I wish we’d had the opportunity to address your concerns while you were there. I also appreciate you pointing out the worn areas and will review them. As discussed, I refunded the two unused nights. I’m sorry the stay did not work out for you.
