Our neighborhood is sensitive to noise. We kindly ask that you deliver the same level of respect you’d want from your own neighbors and please be mindful of your noise levels while at our home.

We are thrilled to welcome you and your furry companion! Please note a pet fee of $75 per pet, along with an additional $300 deposit per pet, applies. Guests are responsible for managing all pet bathroom breaks, including those in the yard. To maintain a clean environment for all, we kindly ask that you promptly pick up any droppings; failure to do so may result in extra cleaning charges. If your pet tends to shed, please be mindful and avoid allowing them on the furnishings, as cleaning of certain fabrics can be time-consuming and costly. We also host guests with allergies, so thorough cleaning after pets is a top priority.

ā˜ž Please do not move any furniture in the home - a charge will be billed if any pieces of furniture have been moved.

ā˜ž If the house lists a BBQ, or Fire Pit, we do not propane tanks or fire wood.

ā˜ž Please remove your shoes once inside the home.

ā˜ž Please do not eat meals in the beds as this results in damaging the linens.

ā˜ž Excessive waste/mess left behind, and/or damages, will be billed to the guest.

We hire professional independent housekeeping companies to perform each turnover cleaning. If a guest leaves large messes/damages beyond what is typical for a standard stay, these contractors may charge additional fees beyond the cleaning services advertised in the listing.

Terms of Service:

To abide by all legal requirements and house rules please be advised that all guests may be asked to sign a digital rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You acknowledge a Security Deposit may be needed to secure the booking.

Location is perfect

The property is very clean and maintained. Security is good and management was very good to deal with. We were 2 couples in town for the Stampede. We were within walking distance to tons of bars and restaurants and under 10 minutes walk into Stampede park. I would use this location again if coming back for the Stampede

Weekend Away

We enjoyed a brief stay in Calgary and attended the Expo. Location was perfect as it was just a short walk to the Stampede grounds. Many other amenities were within walking distance. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Wheelchair Accessible? OK... Properly secured toilets? NO!

This condo was listed as wheelchair accessible, and it was accessible by wheelchair, but that's where it stopped. No grab bars in any of the washrooms. Toilet was really low. And to top it off, the toilet was not properly secured to the ground. Every toilet has at least 2 bolts that hold it in place. The bolt must have pulled out of the ground previously, because I reached down to tighten the bolt and the bolt just slowly pulled out of the ground, while tightening with my finger tips. Whatever they used to "fix it" had the consistency of vaseline. If it was glue, it was still soft and definitely not secure. Both of the toilets were like this, we both almost fell over sitting on the toilet. When the issue was brought forward to the contact, all they said was it had been forwarded to the property manager with urgency. This was night 1 of 3. 2nd day, again expressed our concerns and was told that they requested an update from the property manager but, still no response. 2nd night, since we hadn't heard anything, I rented a wheelchair accessible hotel room just so I had an appropriate toilet to use. Multiple communications back and forth expressing our concerns over the issue and safety of a non-secured toilet and they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. All they needed to do, was call a plumber. They completely ignored me when I asked for some kind of discount for the hassle. I'm still trying, so maybe this review will change.
