We do sincerely regret we failed to live up to your usual expectations. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused due to the cluttered construction materials and garbage. It has come to our concern regarding the staircase, we will definitely look forward to every solution available. We are happy to know that you do at least have some things pleasant while staying with us. Thank you for your mention of the hot water, shower head, pillows, and dishes that made a few of your moments favorable. Since a lot of things have come to our attention, (especially the staircase) we will do a thorough investigation of the things you have complained of. Our team is always dedicated to your comfort to rectify any situation according to availabilities. Regarding the refund, we have already initiated our part to VRBO. Please have your talk with VRBO for the rest. Be assured we take good note of your comments in order to prevent any reoccurrence for future stays.
