Step inside to a modern great room with massive windows framing the Blue Ridge beauty. The open-concept living and dining area has a cozy gas fireplace and room for everyone to lounge. The fully-equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream – with modern appliances (oven, stove, air fryer, crock pot, etc.), a Keurig + drip coffee bar, and all the cookware you need. Just bring the groceries and start cooking!

Dining for All:
Extendable table seats 12, plus a kitchen island bar for 4 more. The adjacent screened lanai seats 8 outside.

Living Room Cozy: Plush sofas around the floor to ceiling windows – perfect for games or reading while soaking in that million-dollar view.

This house sleeps up to 12 guests (max 8 adults).
Note: If you have more than 8 adults, our home is not for you. We have rooms & bunk beds that are intended for children, not grown-ups and we will not be able to accommodate you. Thanks for your understanding.

We’ve set up comfy spaces for everyone:

Main Floor: King en-suite bedroom (with dual-vanity bath and walk-in shower) plus a second den/ bedroom with a double bed. There’s another full bathroom (tub/shower) just off the hall.

Second Floor: Luxurious king primary suite with vaulted ceilings, its own gas fireplace, and a private deck with lake views. Right next door is a kiddos’ bunk room (twin built-in bunk beds) – perfect for young adventurers.

Lower Level: Fifth bedroom with two queen beds and its own full bathroom (don’t worry – you still get a view from the window).
There is another set of bunks down the hall on this level located in the game room.

Family Gear: We provide a pack ‘n’ play, high chair, and even kid-sized utensils and plates. Travel light and let the kiddos eat in style!

Fun & Games
The downstairs game room is huge – a playground for all ages. We’re talking ping-pong, foosball, cornhole, a classic arcade game, and board games for indoor fun. Kick back on the sectional sofa and watch movies or sports on the big flat-screen TV with a Sonos soundbar. We even have a draped bunk corner with extra beds for teens to crash after a marathon of games and Netflix.

Hot Tub: After a day of hiking or sightseeing, relax in the private hot tub on the deck – heated year-round and overlooking the mountains.

Fire Pit: Step outside the game room to our outdoor firepit. Roast marshmallows, tell stories, or simply enjoy a mountain sunrise/sunset by the flames.

Full-Home Generator: Peace of mind for your stay – the entire home is backed by a generator in case of mountain power outages.

Outdoor Paradise
Outside is your nature-loving dream: three decks to explore! Grill dinner on the gas BBQ, lounge under the covered pergola by the outdoor fireplace, or dine under the stars on the open deck. Swing on the comfy hanging chair, sip your morning coffee with lake views, or stargaze at night – it’s all right here.

Fenced Yard: A safe garden area for your pup to play (dogs under 25 lbs are welcome – please see our pet note below).

EV Charger: If you’re driving electric, we have a Tesla/Level 2 charger onsite – keep your car happy while you relax.

Parking: Plenty of room for 4 vehicles (either on n the gravel driveway up front, or on the side paved drive). Please, no extra cars or oversized vehicles – our mountain road has a tight left turn.

Location & Extras
You’re in the famous Aska Adventure Area of Blue Ridge. Lace up your boots – hiking trailheads (in the Chattahoochee National Forest) are just up the hill from our house! When you’re ready for town, downtown Blue Ridge is only about 10 minutes away, with unique shops, restaurants, and even the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. In summer, head to Lake Blue Ridge (just minutes away) for boating, fishing, or picnics by the water.

All the Comforts: Fast Wi-Fi (great for remote work), a full laundry room, and thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee, tea, and hot cocoa to start your morning right.

Kids & Family: Toys, games, and safety gear make it easy for families. Bunk beds and a playful theme keep the little ones smiling.

Guest Screening: For your safety, we ask all guests to complete sign a rental agreement (standard procedure). Don’t worry – it’s just for peace of mind for both of us before we finalize your booking.

Pack-n-play, high chair and children’s utensils and dinnerware are also available for your use.

The drive up to our home is on a steep mountain road which can be accessed by FWD/AWD/4WD; however, we recommend you arrive in the daylight as it may be easier to navigate for your first drive up to the house. First impressions are everything! Note: we are not responsible for unforeseen weather conditions in the winter, guests should closely monitor weather updates for snow or ice-related conditions as the mountain road leading up to our home is not a public street that gets treated with salt. We are not responsible for weather-related events that would impact your stay. It is highly recommended that travel insurance be purchased to protect your reservation. We do not issue refunds due to weather-related events or issues.
