Sorry but all Adirondack wooden outdoor chairs are not designed as cushion type patio . There was 2 cushions in the box next to them you could have used to make them softer. As for the cement patio table and benches are just designed to eat outdoors . The owners just spent 35,000 on new air units and remodeling the kitchen etc. as you noticed the wall has a tiny bit of drywall. Also they purchased a $3500 Simmons King Black Beautyrest . The Resort has some plans , however their Marina Store and 2 pools have had some good reviews. I’m glad our home continues to receive 5 star reviews . Come back to this neat Ocean Retreat soon

Just for the record , the hurricane never hit the keys and all our 23 rentals came . This customer originally wanted to come a week later and it was offered to her. The home was ready to occupy on Sat and on Monday her husband called to cancel. That meant we would lose this week. I offered him to come and we would extend the days and he refused. They called back and the language was not acceptable.

Evidently you hadn’t read the resorts rules posted not only on the website but were sent in your move in package. You can walk your dog on the property or in its yard. The other owners do not want strangers walking dogs in their yards. This is common sense. This home is a $900,000 Ocean beauty and not a trailer on stilts . Also we just spent thousands of dollars replacing the roof and had a professional company check the attic and all the duck work to insure proper air flow and found 0 mold. Opening up windows when it’s raining only lets in the humidity as it’s right on the Ocean . Being in the mattress business for 30 years the twin mattresses are Simmons Beautyrest and are very expensive and comfortable. If you would have read our reviews on many websites there are over 65 happy customers that gave this home 5 STAR reviews . They also left their name. We are 24/7 and never once had a call from you . We could have told you the door leads to the hot water heater. We just bought it is 6 months old. Never have we ever had a complaint on hot ago. However I guess if you all took showers at the same time in any home , you may have used a lot of hot water. Leaving a 2 star review about this Ocean Beauty just isn’t fair. Next time you stay in a rental and you think you have a problem , I would suggest you take a minute to call the owner to ask as they have onsite maintenance men.
