Featuring tile floors, stainless appliances, a comfy sofa and 4 flat screen TVs. This condo is located on the second floor with no elevator access. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 2 vehicles. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap are provided. We also supply a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, and bath soap. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional needs.
• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods: toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels, extra pillows if you need more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear and mosquito spray.
