Glad you found the trundle bed handy, and FYI, it has plastic mattress cover on it, for just that purpose. First used by our 2-year-old grandson! Hopefully you had time to take the children to enjoy the new water park and the Hattiesburg Zoo, we are quite proud of the giraffes at the zoo!

Hello Chris, We do welcome all feedback from our guests, thank you for taking the time to do so. We were due for a deep cleaning, and in fact it was completed this week. We are a premier VRBO facility and have quite a bit of activity, so routinely have cleaning done multiple times per month. Thank you for your stay and would welcome your return should the need arise to return to Hattiesburg.

Yes, that is correct. It was late in the afternoon before I was reachable, not the norm for our service. Earlier in the morning that day when you attempted to reach me to check in early, I was not available. I was tied up with a family event for a few hours. I did not see the request, and then did see your request late afternoon regarding the AC. My wife was on the line with VRBO reviewing the situation I believe while your were on hold, and she assured we would have an AC service there quickly. I believe VRBO left not checking in to your discretion after having the contact with us and you. As I reported back to you, we did have an AC service to the house within an hour, and found that the freon was low. We corrected this within an hour, and did report this back to you of the timing of the service call scheduled and the completion of the work, completed by 7:00 that evening. This review is the first report of cigarettes in the upstairs bedroom. However we did note that the upstairs beds had been used prior to your departure, as reported buy our cleaning service. Not that that is a problem, we expected to have a cleaning turn completed since the house was occupied, albeit briefly. Our normal rating is a 5 Star, so this is disappointing to us as well. Not normal for us.
