Relax at Perch Lake Lodge!

Pulling into the driveway of the carefully constructed Perch Lake Lodge, the visitor will be immediately impressed by the character and design of this log home. Stepping onto the front porch, you will be greeted by beautiful etched glass loon doors with sidelights. Loons on the lake will often be seen fishing, and will be heard at any hour making their distinctive loon calls. As you enter through the door, gleaming maple floors and the soaring cathedral ceiling of the great room present you with an inspirational welcome.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped to allow our guests to prepare the finest of meals. The highlight of the kitchen is the custom made knotty pine cabinets and countertops. Perhaps you would rather use the gas grill in front of the walkout, as you sit on the patio, with its spectacular view of Perch Lake. The patio has been designed with the comfort of the guest in mind, as you gather around the fire pit. Once your meal is ready, eat wherever your fancy chooses.......you may not want to leave the patio, so there is a glass table for your convenience or perhaps you may want to enjoy a soaring view of the lake from the deck....maybe you will choose to dine in the dining nook of the great room.

As the evening unwinds, spend some time curled up on the sofa, or relaxing in the oak rocker. You can watch TV, read, or just spend time conversing. This is a place to relax and leave your worries behind.

The master bedroom and bath are located in the rear of the main floor. The king sized bed has the same Park Place mattress used in Fairfield Inn by Marriott. Sleeping on this bed is a truly comfortable experience as you have plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the cool night air entering though windows on two sides of the bed. Awake refreshed and ready to start your day in the spacious shower, which has an insertable seat, if you prefer, or maybe you will choose the oversized jetted tub.

A beautiful log staircase and railing lead to the privacy of the loft, with its own queen sized bed, and yes, it too has a Park Place mattress and a half bath. There is an exceptional view of the lake from the loft, through the character tree.

For additional sleeping and living space, the finished walkout is furnished with a sleeper sofa, TV, and small bathroom. In the rear corner of the walkout there is a game room equipped with a 72 inch, 4 in 1 game table. Guests can play air hockey, ping pong, or pool. The Pere Marquette Trail is about a mile from the lodge and is an ideal place for walking or bicycling, and snowmobiling in winter. Snowsnake Ski, golf, and zip line is only about 15 miles from the lodge. If you wish to fish on the lake, the property managers will advise you, and set up a possible boat rental. They live two doors down the street from the lodge and will help you with any concern or problem that may arise at the lodge. As our guests, you will never feel abandoned once the rental is made.
