The property is situated on a hillside, and the location and terrain are described in our listing so that guests can make an informed decision before booking. The elevated location is also what provides the beautiful views that many of our guests enjoy. We understand, however, that the steep hill may not be suitable for everyone. Regarding the air conditioning, the listing accurately states that air conditioning is provided in the bedrooms. We have a fan in the open area. Guests are encouraged to carefully review the listing details and amenities prior to booking to ensure the accommodations meet their individual needs and expectations. I take cleanliness and maintenance concerns seriously and would have appreciated the opportunity to address any issues during your stay had they been brought to my attention.
