Guests have full and private access to the entire home, including the backyard and all outdoor living areas. Entry is quick and secure with a smart lock—no physical keys required. A custom access code will be sent to you before arrival, allowing for a flexible and easy self-check-in process.

The home features a private driveway for your use, with free street parking also available. Everything is on one level with no interior stairs, making the home accessible and convenient for all guests. Come and go as you please—your comfort and privacy are our priority.

This stylish and comfortable home is perfect for up to 6 guests, featuring 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Designed with relaxation in mind, the open floor plan includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a dining space ideal for meals or game nights.

This home is ideally located in South Scottsdale with quick access to major roads and freeways, making it easy to explore Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe, Phoenix, and beyond. You’ll be just a short drive from top attractions, restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities.

While rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available, a car is recommended for the most convenience and flexibility during your stay. Free parking is available in the driveway and on the street, so coming and going is always hassle-free.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

Additional Charges May be Incurred for violating any house rules.
-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.
-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)

Pool is heated to 85 degrees between Nov to April at no additional cost to guests. If outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool water temperature may drop below 85 degrees.
