Welcome to your perfect home away from home. This beautiful ground-floor condo is ideally located just 20 minutes from Walt Disney World and within easy reach of some of Florida's stunning beaches on both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico

Nestled in the lush, tropical setting of Bahama Bay Resort, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers comfort, convenience, and a relaxing atmosphere for everyone. Surrounded by 70 acres of scenic landscape, the unit features a large peaceful pond and nature views from two private lanais-perfect for enjoying your sunrise morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including modern appliances and handy extras like an air fryer, crock pot,
and coffee maker. The open living area includes a large flat-screen TV, and each bedroom is thoughtfully finished with its own Roku TV.
The master bedroom features a king bed and private lanai, the second bedroom also offers a king bed, and the third bedroom includes twin beds-ideal for kids or additional guests. A new washer and dryer, free wifi, and a dedicated workspace add to the convenience.

Step outside and enjoy resort-style amenities just moments from your door. Take a dip in one of four large heated pools, relax in the hot tubs, or unwind on the white sandy beach area with loungers and hammocks. The resort also offers walking trails, a fishing and viewing dock, recreation courts, children's playground , and picnic areas with BBQ'S-plus a beautiful colourful evening fountain display from your lanai.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided, including linens, beach towels, and starter supply of essentials. Free parking and complimentary calling within the U.S. and Canada are included for your convenience.

For exploring beyond the resort, we recommend having a car, as nearby shopping, dining, and attractions are just a short drive away-including golfing, kayaking/canoeing and favourites including Disney Springs and Disney Boardwalk.

Spent 2 weeks at this ideal family-friendly 3 bdrm condo located on bottom floor. The warm pool and restaurant is just a 1 minute walk. Pool towels provided. Kitchen was well equipped. Excellent communication with host Michele. Don’t miss out, book now!

Great Stay!!

This condo was perfect for our first trip to Florida. The amenities on the resort were perfect as well. We took advantage of the pool located around the corner as well as the resturant. Would return here in a heartbeat!

Great Getaway

The property is tucked away in a gated community which made us feel safe. It has a beautiful peaceful view in the back and accommodated our needs precisely for why we were there close enough to the parks yet away from the busyness they being as well. Beautifully decorated and comfortable for our stay.

Hands Down Wonderful Experience

Wonderful & Relaxing Family Getaway

First, the hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. The condo was perfect and comfortable for our family trip. Our kids wanted to book it again before we had even checked out. Location is perfect with quick access to the nature trail on the resort as well as the pool and tradewinds bar/restaurant. Check in and out was quick and easy. The hosts stayed in touch with us prior to and during our trip and made the whole experience so easy. The condo is also well appointed with a full kitchen, games and books, two outdoor screened seating areas, and incredibly comfortable beds! Thank you so much for a lovely family trip!

Excellent all around!

My family and I truly enjoyed our time here. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and the property was wonderful. The owners were responsive throughout the entire process. It is a quick drive to Disney, but about 40 minutes to the airport. Looking forward to our next stay!

Excellent place to stay

Very clean and updated condo. It's within 30 minutes to Disney or Universal Studios. Pool and restaurant are next door which is nice. Owners communicate very well and would highly recommend staying here. Lots of things are just a short drive so you can enjoy your stay and not have to travel far to get the things you need or want.

This place was outstanding. From the beginning… Stellar communication with the host. The condo was immaculate. It was spacious yet cozy. I haven’t slept that good in a very long time. The beds were so comfortable. You can’t beat the location either. We rode into Disney property twice to eat dinner and it was a very easy drive and it was so nice to come back to a peaceful home. We utilize the pool a couple days and the bar as well. Every staff member we encountered was more than friendly. It was clear that they appreciated our business. Even the pool area it was spotless. It was a nice size pool tons of chairs. The beach was a nice area to sit and relax and just watch the water. The condo itself was also very welcoming. As you entered the community, you’re welcome to buy a guard behind a fence which I appreciated. I felt very safe. I have absolutely no complaints other than I had to go home.

Great Stay

We stayed for almost a week and our stay was excellent. Check in was a breeze. The condo was super clean and had everything that we needed. Communication with the owner was very easy and fast. She even reached out to make sure that we had safe travels home. The resort has a couple of ponds that we took walks around. I highly recommend staying in this condo!

Relaxing paradise…

Everything was great, the place is very quiet, comfortable and clean. Secure and close to everything. Very convenient apartment at walking distance to the restaurant and swimming pool. Recommended and definitely could book it again. The communication with the host was fast at all times.

Beautiful Place

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property. The property and condo were both beautiful. We loved laying by the pool, enjoyed the poolside bar/restaurant and the scenery. The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. I'd stay here again! The communication with the host was also wonderful and extremely proactive. She even reached out to make sure we had made it safely.

My family and I stayed at the Bahama Bay Resort, we was very please with our resort. Very clean place, nice quiet neighborhood, convenient to all the adventure parks, the pools was very clean not over crowded. Most of all my host Michele, was on point. She made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. I’m looking forward to staying at Bahama Bay Resort and having Michele as my host in the future.

This property is wonderful. It is very quiet. Easy access. You can park right in front of the entrance. It is very close to the Tradewinds restaurant and pool. It’s easy to get in and out of the resort. Easy drive to many attractions. I was really mesmerized by how serene it was. We would’ve been totally fine to have just stayed at the property the whole time. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely come back to this unit.

Amazing stay! Exactly as described, a home from home.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything you could want for a family stay has been thought of. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and quiet. After a busy day visiting the theme parks, this apartment was brilliant to come home too. The pool is under a minutes walk from the front door so it was a lovely way to end the day or chill out watching a film on the big TV in the lounge. When we stayed, the resort was quite quiet and this suited us after the busy tourist days. Great locations to go to the theme parks, we also made it to Kennedy Space Centre! Beds and linen really comfortable and plenty of towels. As a family of 4 which includes 2 teenagers we loved our stay of 3 weeks all the way from England. Communication from hosts Michelle was exceptionally easy and we would whole heartedly recommend a stay here! Thank you Michelle! 10 out of 10! A++++

I am from a small town on the North Shore of Lake Erie in Ontario, Canada. I am a retired health care worker so now I can get away from the dreary Canadian winters. Owning a condo in Davenport Florida is one of the best decisions I have ever made. My daughter decided to do just the same and moved to Tampa Florida where she sells vacation homes. The grounds at Bahama Bay are full of life all year round. The vibrant colours, the sounds of wildlife and excitement of the variety of birds, turtles, and possibly an alligator or two you will see in one day is endless. It is very important to me that the people that stay at my condo enjoy the same experiences and add peace and tranquility to their day.

The condo is located on a pond and the nature trail access. This area adds peace and tranquility to each day. The pond hosts a variety of birds, turtles, fish, and alligators. There is always something to see that is interesting
