The rooms need to be updated, peeling paint, water stains, dirt on and above ceiling fans. No Internet sent message to host who never got back to us. Slow water drainage in showers, exhaust fans not working. I would say we tried to spend more outside than inside cause of overall appearance of the place

Cozy, relaxing getaway

This is a perfect little place if you aren’t looking for a bunch of “touristy” things. This was just what our family needed.

While the condo was clean. It is very small. We were really shocked at the size of the living room and the balcony. Also, the second bedroom had no closet so there was really no place to put your suitcase except on the floor. The master bedroom had a king size bed, which was nice and its own bathroom, but the second bathroom was a long way from the other bedroom and even the living area. The second bedroom is also separated from the living area by bifold doors, which leads no privacy. The whole condo really needs to be upgraded, but the location can’t be beat and even though the balcony was tiny, the view was awesome. We really enjoyed watching people and wildlife in the creek as well as the beach and pool below.

The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to our needs. It was clean with all the necessities. Would stay again when in Myrtle Beach.

This was our annual girls’ trip, and we did our best to make the most of it. Unfortunately, the property was disappointing and felt very outdated, with several maintenance and cleanliness issues that should have been addressed before our arrival.The refrigerator was not getting cold when we arrived. After contacting the host, I was instructed to pull the refrigerator out, unplug it, and leave it unplugged for an hour or two. Since we had just purchased food, this was concerning and frustrating. As a guest on vacation, I did not expect to have to troubleshoot or move a refrigerator myself.There were other issues. The shower in the main bedroom bathroom did not drain properly, and there was mold beginning to show on the shower curtain. We had problems with the living room TV as well. At checkout, when I stripped the bed, I noticed hair in the bedding, even though I had not slept on that side of the bed. The kitchen sink drain was also extremely dirty and needed a thorough cleaning.I do not like leaving negative reviews, and I understand that occasional issues can happen. However, there were multiple concerns during our stay, and together they made it difficult to overlook the property's condition and cleanliness. I believe guests should be able to arrive at a vacation rental and find it clean, functional, and properly maintained.On a positive note, the location was very convenient, We still enjoyed our stay and made great memories together.

Family Vacation

I had stayed in this area before and was happy to find the 406 property was available! It is perfect for a quiet stay away from main Myrtle. Short drive to Restaurants and Tanger outlet, also within walking distances of Ocean Annie's were they have live bands.

Great stay

The property was very clean. There was plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances and pots and pans. Easy access to the beach. Nice facilities. Pools were amazing. Beach was very clean and very well kept

the beds are very hard toilets are very short water pressure in first shower not good they need to change the mattresses we had to leave early because of the mattresses and couldn’t get any compensation.

I have personally stayed there my self and love the mattresse. About the water pressure I will have a talk with myrtle beach the city and see if they can raise the pressure

GREAT MANAGER

If you ever want to vacate in North Myrtle Beach try to book room 406...unsure if this guy has more rooms but he was awesome. THE BEST HOST ive had!! He called me and talked like we knew each other for years made my baby's birthday a success....his property was clean...and well equipped with everything you need. The only bad thing i have to say about this is I HAD TO GOOO😭😭..nice location and all... i will be booking with him AGAIN!!

Small

We got in almost 2 hours late because they did not clean it in time. Property owner would not return calls. Place is small for 5 people. Sleeper sofa so uncomfortable you can not use it. Location is wonderful and pools are great. Ok for 2 or 3 people.

I'm Sorry Richard I'm not sure why you got in late into the unit. I do see the door was unlocking with Kari's code. And sometime cleaning gets caught up and runs behind. I',m Sorry there was not enough bedding for three people one king size bed , one queen size bed and a pull out sofa generally beds six max. Also if you want to get someones attention Call do not text especially from a unknown number

Good

It was a nice place and quiet. A good family place to stay. The only problem I had was it says towels provided I thought that meant u got clean ones when u needed them. That is not the case. They did bring me some. I was a house keeper and when it said in our sight towels provided it meant u got new ones every other day. Other than that I had no problems. They do need a new Keurig , one ice tray was broken when I got it out. The master bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work.

Good value - communication could be better

Unit was close to beach and clean. Good value compared to other nearby properties. We had to initiate communication with the owner the night before checking because we still hadn’t heard from him. The unit is dated and oddly laid out but worked well for two adults and 11YO son. Plenty of parking and lot monitored, apparently by residents. Some small things were the shower head needs updated - it hurt to use and somehow the shower curtain sucked into the shower the whole time and we had to battle it to take a shower. The TVs worked off and on (cable boxes needed reset like every night). Again, small issues but overall a great stay and great value, especially compared to some of the other properties. Would do it again.

Thank you for the wonderful review. We plan on doing more updates this winter as we have owned it less than a year. You where wonderful guest and would love to have you back, especially after some updates are done this winter

Beautiful view of nature all around! The condo was small but cozy The A/C was great, the beds were comfortable, and did I mention the views were amazing? Great stay overall, and would like to return in the future. Only real issue is that the pots/pans need to be updated.

I love good communication. It makes up for alot of things. The place was beautiful sitting parallel with the inlet but a great ocean view. Made it quite pleasant. It wasn't as quiet as I thought it would be but it's ok. The owner amazing!

I am a first time VRBO and the experience was a good one. I’ll continue using BRBO. The property was beautiful. Communication was excellent with the host. I enjoyed the location being easy access to pools and to the beach. We had plenty of rain for five adults. I brought along towels and washcloths. The beds were comfortable. Not over furnished, which was very nice. Perfect for that unit. I definitely would stay there again.

Great place to stay! We will definitely be back! Me, my mom and my children(sons 17 & 16, daughter 2) had a great time! The beach, 2 large pools(1 heated), hot tub and kiddie pool made it easy to find a place to relax while the kids enjoyed themselves! Every morning we would see staff cleaning the pools and grilling area while straightening the grounds. They’re very friendly and nice to talk to!Tuesday nights they offer a kid’s movie over on the tennis courts. My daughter absolutely loved it! The lineup of movies are inside the elevators. My sons enjoyed playing pickleball and basketball on the half court up there as well!If you enjoy the outlets or need groceries from Walmart for your stay, they’re only 10 minutes away. Pegasus Pizza and Ice Cream is also a great place on site to order food or enjoy a sweet treat! A king bed, double bed, sleeper sofa and 2 bathrooms made it a great place for all 5 of us to stay. Even though you’re not oceanfront, it’s a very nice ocean view. I loved our view of the waterway when the tide was up and people were out back fishing. If you’re thinking about it, just book it. You won’t be disappointed with all the amenities available!
