The Space:
The house is designed and prepared with love for your arrival, with details in every corner that create an atmosphere of peace and harmony. It is fresh and welcomes you clean and equipped for you to enjoy it from the first moment. It consists of:

-2 bedrooms with double bed, space to accommodate your belongings, fan and blinds.
-1 full bathroom and half bath with towels, hygiene amenities and hot water.
-Kitchen equipped to cook all your food and snacks; including coffee maker to enjoy your morning coffee.
-Dining room for 4 people.
-Breakfast bar.
-Living room with Smart TV so you do not miss your favorite shows and comfortable couch where one person can sleep.
-Patio.

In addition, you will also have at your disposal clothes iron, washing machine and basic cleaning tools.

Guest Access:
Upon arrival at the Arco Antiguo Residential, you must show an ID.

For access to the property we have a smart lock at the entrance. For security reasons, your code will arrive a few hours before check in and will be deactivated at the time of your check out. We kindly ask you not to share this code with anyone.

The remote control of the electric gate is located inside the house.

We have 1 parking space reserved for you.

The Neighborhood:
The property is very well located. Nearby you will find a great variety of stores, drugstores, restaurants, parks, banks, and more activities to do.

*Downtown Yautepec 10 minutes away.
*Oaxtepec 18 minutes away.
*Tepoztlan 35 minutes away.
*Cuautla 35 minutes away.

Hacienda de San Carlos is located next to the subdivision and Hacienda de Cocoyoc is 5 minutes away.

The closest supermarket is Soriana 5 minutes away by car, you will also find an Oxxo 1 minute away.

Getting Around:
We suggest you arrive at the property by car. If you dont have one, you can take a cab or use mobility apps. From Mexico City it will take you approximately 1:40 hours.

Other Things to Note:
We kindly ask you to be very respectful and reduce noise between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

-Cleaning fee: $350 MXN

Good news! The Condo has a grill, we recommend bringing a bag of charcoal and utensils.

The use of the palapa is upon request at the time of booking.

The couch in the living room can comfortably sleep an extra person.

At the moment, the house doesn't have internet. We are still renovating for you.

We will be attentive to anything we can do to complement your stay.
-An additional cleaning fee will be charged for long stay reservations (+8 days) for every additional week
