You’ll be steps from Frenchmen’s music clubs, Bourbon Street’s energy, Jackson Square, Café du Monde, the beloved R Bar, and a feast of neighborhood eateries and live music. Here, the city’s flavors, sounds, and late-night magic are all within easy wandering distance.
The Space:
You’ll be charmed by the historic shutters and colorful façade before you even step inside. Once through the door, exposed brick, decorative wallpaper, and vibrant vintage furnishings create a visually striking mix of old and new.
The cozy living area is stocked with beloved New Orleans reads, perfect for unwinding after a day out. The kitchen is well-appointed with stainless steel appliances and plenty of amenities for cooking at home.
In the spacious primary bedroom, a plush king bed sits between vintage nightstands, while the adjoining bathroom offers a generous walk-in shower for a spa-like start or end to your day.
Guest Access:
The whole second story is yours alone, reached by a private entrance at the right-side door. Step inside, head upstairs, and settle into your own quiet retreat above the colorful streets below.
The Neighborhood:
Set on iconic Royal Street, these apartments sit at the edge of the Marigny—just one block from Frenchmen Street’s live music clubs and a short walk to the French Quarter. The area is lively and walkable, filled with cafés, restaurants, bars, galleries, street musicians, and late-night energy. Guests enjoy quick access to world-class jazz, local markets, and authentic New Orleans culture without needing a car.
Getting Around:
This area is easy to explore on foot, with cafés, bars, markets, live music, and the French Quarter all nearby. No car is required, but public transportation is also convenient if you’re venturing farther uptown or along the riverfront. Two streetcar lines are within a short walk—the Riverfront Streetcar (0.3 mi) and the Rampart–St. Claude line (0.3 mi)—both offering scenic routes through historic New Orleans. Multiple bus routes also run close by, including the 55 Elysian Fields (0.1 mi), 5 Marigny–Bywater (0.2 mi), 88 St. Claude/Jackson Barracks (0.3 mi), and 57 Franklin (0.3 mi), making it simple to reach neighborhoods like Bywater, Jackson Square, or City Park without driving.
