The apartment is a spacious and sunny one-bedroom studio with a wall of windows facing south, comfortably sleeping two. It’s fully equipped to make you feel right at home, including a queen-size bed, washer/dryer, full kitchen, and central air conditioning. You’ll find plenty of dishes, linens, beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella to enjoy your stay.

Additional amenities include a heated pool, BBQ area, and elevator access for convenience. The unit is located within walking distance to the beach, shopping, and grocery stores, everything you need is close at hand. Lovely place - quiet and peaceful. Easy check in and very private. Parking was doable. after the two days - you can park in the public garage for 20 dollars per day.Loved the area, as we have been going to Miami for several years , nice to see the new development. The space and room was nice and very useful. The quietness was a plus!

The property managers were very communicative in advance of the stay, provided detailed information and guidance. The condo was exactly as pictured and was in a great, central location. I wish the pool felt a little more inviting and had more direct sun, but that's no fault of the property or building - just a personal preference.

I had a wonderful stay at this property, it is very comfortable and the location is fantastic. The room is very tropical with plenty of beautiful tree tops outside the large windows.

I loved this condo. It was in such a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance to everything! The condo unit was so quiet and the unit was clean and nicely decorated. Very comfy feeling!

Stay Like a Local for the Week!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! we've been staying in South Beach for 6 years now and have never stayed somewhere so nice and accommodating! Cherry on top was the beach chairs stored in the closet!

Island Oasis

A home away from home that is exactly what we call this location. Gently nestled on a quiet street but a short walk to the nightlife of South Beach a saunter on the boardwalk or a dip in the ocean only blacks away.Yes this is everything that you could want during your stay.

Perfect beach getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The property was within easy walking distance to the beach as well as stores and restaurants. It was clean and having a full kitchen was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place in Miami Beach

I was visiting for work for the week. Room was as described, clean, functional, quiet, and overall was just the type of place I do my best to rent while traveling. Bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. I would highly recommend this location for 1 or 2 visitors and will stay here again when in the area.

Great apartment in convenient location

We really enjoyed our 10 day stay in this apartment. Very convenient location especially for public transport and access to supermarkets and of course the beach. Thoughtfully equipped. Comfortable bed. Beach equipment and use of washing machine very much appreciated. Bit of noise from upstairs apartment for a few days, just heavy footed I think, otherwise pretty quiet.

I'd come back!

Amazing location, walking distance to Ocean Drive and minutes to the beach. Unit is great, exactly like the listing. Only thing is can hear the neighbors upstairs if they're stomping around a lot and vacuuming in the hallway is audible around 10am (super understandable I'm just a late riser). 2 beach towels given so definitely recommend buying/bringing a couple extra. Pool area is usually pretty occupied so don't count on using it but the beach is super close by as a great back up:) Host is a great communicator and replies fast so any questions are taken care of asap, overall highly recommend!

A dream holiday in a dream location!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming studio in South Beach. The location couldn’t have been better – just a short walk to the beach, close to all the main attractions, and with easy access to public transport, making it incredibly convenient to explore Miami.The studio itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The neighbourhood felt very safe and was well-lit at all hours, which added to our peace of mind during evening strolls.One of the unexpected highlights was the pool – it was rarely used by other guests, so it felt like we had our own private oasis every day. Such a lovely bonus!Our host was fantastic – attentive, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable.We would highly recommend this place to couples looking for a relaxing and convenient escape in Miami. We’re already looking forward to hopefully returning in the future!

We don't understand or explain why we got this review. Our check-in and check-out went smoothly without any issues in between. It just feels sad when this happens.
