The Monochromatic Room: Queen bed + elevated cozy twin sleeper with en suite full bath.

The Balcony Room: Bright and airy, this room hosts a Queen Bed + en suite full bathroom plus a balcony looking over into the Grand Gathering Area.

Bourbon trail for my husbands 50th

What a great location to do the bourbon trail!! The house was perfect for a large group and everyone felt comfortable and felt like they had their own space. I highly highly recommend Steve who does the shuttle. He really made our trip. He was so knowledgeable and fun to talk to. We came in open minded for his recommendations and that is h the r way to go! My husband had the best time ever.

We stayed 3 nights with a group of 9. Through the vrbo we found ground transportation, and dinner options. We even had a chef come and cook for us! Everyone had their own room and bathroom. Unfortunately it was 100 degrees outside but the ac worked pretty well to keep us comfortable.

This was the best place that we ever stayed . A lot of history in the place. Well worth the stave very close to Buffalo trace. The tasting room down stairs was a plus we tasted bourbon that could not find at other tasting room or bars. Thank for a great experience

Amazing Apartment!

This apartment exceeded our expectations! We loved everything about it! The decor was great. note there are 2 bedrooms upstairs. And the location to Buffalo Trace can’t be beat!! However communication is terrible. It’s all automated messages and you will not get a reply to any of your messages. I did panick thinking we had been scammed. The phone number listed to contact is out of service.

Bourbon trail

We had a wonderful visit. The house has a very cool eclectic vibe and is set up perfectly for large groups. You can walk to many restaurants and bars. There is a trolley that takes you for a tour of the downtown area. We didn’t hop as we just walked around.

Bourbon trail weekend with friends

We had an amazing stay. This property is fantastic and Ben was very prompt with communication. Our group of ten had plenty of space and everyone loved it. Some of our highlights:If you are thinking about it- book the private dinner. It was fantastic!!!! Our chefs prepared an amazing meal. House of Commons- bourbon bar. This bar was located on the first floor of the building. The place was incredible. The bartenders were top-notch. We are already talking about planning a trip for next year and staying here again. It was perfect!

Bourbon Trail Loft

Went with 5 other couples to experience the bourbon trail and celebrate a couple birthdays. The loft was absolutely perfect and stunning. There was ample space, a beautiful meeting area, and the central location made it easy to walk to dinner, shopping, or cocktails. The host was very responsive and we would definitely stay here again.

Girls Trip in Frankfort

Our stay in Frankfort was amazing and this penthouse was one of the primary reasons! It very easily and comfortably accommodated 10 women who were gathering from all over the country to celebrate a sweet friend. We spent time around the fire eating, drinking, and laughing and could not have asked for a better accommodation. We will be back!

Friends Group Trip to Bourbon & Horse Country

Our friends' group of 11 had a wonderful stay @ this property in downtown Frankfort. The accommodations were great with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped, and the common areas were comfortable as were the bedrooms. We loved the walkability of the downtown and were well positioned to travel the area from the rental location. Highly recommend!

Amazing family weekend

14 of us including a 2 year old and 6 year old stayed for Thanksgiving weekend. The apartment is amazing with a definite “wow” factor when you walk in. Stunning, unusual furniture, rugs, wall coverings, and baths. We enjoyed cooking, watching football, and gathering around the gas fireplace in the great room watching the snow. We enjoyed the proximity of Buffalo Trace, and we had a fabulous lunch at Locals. The bourbon bar on the first floor of the building was a big hit too. We enjoyed Frankfort so much, and this apartment is the perfect space for a large group. My 80+ year old parents have already requested a return trip!

Cannot beat this place!

A group of us in town for a Ragnar race (Bourbon Chase) and this place was awesome. Felt like we were high class with all the rooms and bathrooms and all are immaculate. Great location to happening scene in Frankfort and only a mile from Buffalo Trace. Expensive overall but great for a large group and you feel spoiled staying here!

Awesome experience!

Our group of 5 couples absolutely loved the place! It was comfortable and spacious and the decor was eclectic and so fun. Several good restaurants and shops within walking distance. Cool bar on 1st floor. We used their recommended Shelby Bourbon Tours to help plan and take us on a fun day touring 4 distilleries. Visited horse farms in nearby Lexington another day. All in all, it was a 10 out of 10 trip! Highly recommend this property and host!

Design Masterpiece

This penthouse was absolutely fabulous in every way! The design and detail was over the top and so unique. Each room had its own theme and we loved the bold design elements everywhere! The place was very well stocked with everything we needed and the host was very responsive. I would recommend hiring the private chef for a meal, our group really enjoyed that. Very close to many stops on the Bourbon Trail. A 10 out of 10!

Bourbon Trail | Bachelor Outing

Background: Our group of 12 men (ranging in age from 32 to 34) visited Frankfort, KY as our home base to explore bourbon country. Property: This property was the coolest, swankiest option we could imagine. Everything inside the home is pristine. The living room lounge was fully taken advantage of, including the fire place. Would recommend this space 100000%. Locale: While the town is further from your major cities (Louisville, Lexington) it has a ton of dining and entertainment to offer and is incredibly charming. Additional Notes for Future Travelers: (1) Our group was easily able to navigate to Whiskey Row and enjoy the distilleries along the strip. We had two DD’s and rented cars but Rideshare was available and not incredibly over priced. The ride sounds long at ~45 min but it flies by. (2) Similarly, our group was easily able to coordinate a private transport to drive us along the actual Bourbon Trail. Point of Improvement: The property is on the 3rd floor and does not have a proper waste / trash chute. While that isn’t a huge issue, it is a journey to manage with a large group when the cleaning fee should include organized waste removal.

Bourbon Trail Weekend

This property was perfect for our group of 12. The location was fantastic. Lots of great restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a coffee shop within walking distance. The VRBO was very clean and spacious. The pictures do not do this property justice! I highly recommend staying here.

Great for big group

Pictures do not do this property justice. Very large and airy and worked fantastic for our group of 13. Great location as you can walk out and be right in the heart of downtown.
