We really enjoyed our stay at the Pool House the host was very accommodating and let us check in a little earlier. The whole family really enjoyed the pool and for down time they provided many board games also there were many streaming services available to watch. The kitchen was fully equipped to host a large family with many pantry staples for our use. The 2 of the 3 bathrooms had great showers and even a separate jacuzzi tub the 3rd was a powder room for all to use. The only suggestion I would make it would be nice to have "slider" access from the kitchen to the front patio where the BBQ was so it would be easier to utilized.

So Relaxing!

The property was just as described! There was plenty of space for the 9 family members that stayed here and plenty to keep everyone (ages 14-80) entertained. Of course, the pool was the highlight! We also enjoyed the billiards table, games from the game room, and ample space to spread out and talk or read. Such a cozy, homey feel. Thank you for a great stay!

Arrived and walked into the house and was blown away... Spacious layout, end of cul-de-sac road, excellent bedroom choice AND the POOL!!! The kids fell in love with the pool and the adults! When in Lubbock, we will try every time for this location! Excellent communication from owners and plenty of offerings in the house and close to shopping for Walmart, Krispy Kreme and other stores.

This is a great house!! My family stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday and couldn't have been more pleased. What fun to swim in our own indoor pool in Lubbock in November! The pool table was also a big hit. It's obvious that a lot of thought has gone into making this not only an entertaining place to spend a Lubbock vacation, but also a very comfortable one. For example the bedding, including the pillows and comfy throws were top quality. The kitchen had everything that you could possible need. We have stayed at numerous rental houses through the years, but this one takes the prize for the best-equipped ever! Thanks--we hope to stay again on another Lubbock trip!!

We felt at home

This was one of the most beautiful VRBO that we have stayed out. We stayed with our family and friends. We have not seen in 12 years. It was large enough to where we felt. We had our own space, but also cozy enough to feel like we were at home or at our friends house. It had everything he would need if you were staying at a friends house or at your own home. The beds were extremely comfortable having the pool was amazing for the older kids. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Good place for families who need entertainment inside!

Overall there was plenty of space for us to be. The master room and other queen room had super comfy beds. The pool was the highlight of the trip because it was close to one million degrees outside so my nephews and us spent most of our time in the pool (not actually, 100 average), but that meant the air conditioners struggled to keep up with the heat. Like the owners said, they are working to make the kitchen more cook friendly... so we did some heat up meals and basic cooking, but most of the cooking essentials you need are there!
