If excessive noise is detected, we may receive an alert and contact the guest. Continued or serious noise violations may result in termination of the reservation. If your plans require a lively outdoor space after 9 PM, this property may not be the best fit.

Local residents (Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson, Gadsden counties), must disclose so before booking and send a request. We are dog friendly for well behaved house trained dogs under 50 pounds. Limit of 2 dogs. ONLY Dogs! We charge a fee of $65 per dog per reservation/stay. will accommodate 1 vehicle comfortably. Guest is provided a remote to open and close the garage door throughout the stay. Nothing beats driving into the garage on a rainy summer day.
