Welcome to our cozy Flagstaff get-away! We believe our home has the perfect balance of beautiful surroundings, great value and amazing location. Enjoy the outdoors on the spacious deck or watch the kids play in the snow from the large windows in the living room. We enjoy all of the seasons - from the cool breezes in the summer to the rainstorms and snow in the winter. The stars at night are unbelievable all year long.

Our place is ideal for a small family or two couples. We pride ourselves on keeping it clean and comfortable. We have recently remodeled the kitchen and both bathrooms, added new floors and fresh paint.

We have all brand new LG kitchen appliances and a high-end, full-size washer/dryer, ROKU TV's in both bedrooms and living room and free WIFI. We have DIRECT TV and INTERNET SPEED has been upgraded to 12 Mbps. Bring your laptop and you can catch up on emails while you sit on the deck. We also provide games, puzzles and movies for the kids in dining room buffet cabinet. There is also a movie collection in the closet near the fireplace.

We are walking distance to the golf course and the Country Club. We are 10 minutes to downtown Flag and NAU and 20 minutes to the base of SnowBowl.

Check out seasonal golf at the nearby golf course, skiing at Snow Bowl, hiking, sledding, shopping in downtown Flagstaff or day trips to Sedona, Grand Canyon, Slide Rock, Oak Creek Canyon, Polar Express and much more.

***Sleeping: The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. We provide plenty of linens and pillows. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. We have a small mattress suitable for a child, stored under the master bed. Our place sleeps 4 comfortably but could accommodate 5 when using the futon mattress.

***Summer Visitors: Please note that we do not have central AC. This is typical in Flagstaff and our place remains very comfortable in the summer months. We have ceiling fans in each room and large, screened windows that can be opened to let the cool breezes come in.
***HOA rules prevent large parties and groups, excess noise, etc. We want to respect our neighbors and keep the neighborhood a peaceful, quiet and beautiful place to visit.
***Travel Insurance is recommended.
***Grill Restrictions/Fire Restrictions - Occasionally Flagstaff will restrict grill and/or fireplace use. We have a rule to only use Duraflame type logs in the fireplace.
